I responded to a Chefs Job that Kyle F. Cimiotti posted on craigs list in which he contacted me for the position. i was hired for the Catering event that was schedulad on December 18, 2014 in Jersey City/New Jersey.
After a long day of work with Kyle F. Cimiotti in Which i Worked Very Hard he paid me with a starter check in the sum of $200.00. Jokingly i asked him if the check was any good and he said there would be no problems of the sort....
Well let say there's been nothing but problems..The check Bounced For Not Sufficient Funds and my bank charged me $12.00. So Now im out $212.00.
I've made many attempts to get this resolved but no attempt has been made on his part. As of December 31, 2014 there has been no contact with Kyle F. Cimiotti because he refuses to answer any of my phone calls or text.
This has left me know option but to Take Legal Action Against Kyle F Cimiotti in which the Hackensack Police are assisting with.
All i can say is if you are planning on having a catered event with Artisan Experts Gourmet Foods (http://njchef.com) Let it be known he does not pay his Employees. Myself Being A Victim!!!!!!
A matter of fact it is best that you Do No Business with Kyle To protect yourself and to protect others from being the next VICTIM.........
