I hired this company to do a search on my ex for a legal issue. I gave him a SS# and told him I wasnt sure if it was right. Fred said "no problem, we will find the correct one." He said it woud take a week for results. The next day I recieved a email with a BoA account (which I told him about) and a bunch of incorrect vehicle info.
When I called Fred to tell him this was wrong, he said "the records come from the DMV and it doesnt matter that they are wrong, they are included free." My point that free or not, they should be accurate. He then said to me "Well, listen we wouldn't want him to find out you are looking at him, would we?" It got a little heated as due to the sesitive nature of this, threatening to tattle tale was infuriating.
I waited a few weeks, then emailed asking "how about you try the correct social?" I got some email back saying to contatct Fred. He called me at home, with the caller ID coming up, which my kids saw and when I told him that it that it wasn't a good time, he continued to yell and berate me. He insisted that Imade the purchase in april, and I verified that Imade that purchase in September.
He refused to use my name, kept calling me "Hun" and "sweetie"....
I am horrified by this FRAUD of a company and wish I had checked here before hiring them. I have reported them to the BBB...can you believe they are a part of the BBB?!??!
I will make one more attempt at a refund. I will also be checking into any class action lawsuits, as the stress they have caused me is unmatched to the case itself.
