ASuiteWeek Reviews

In 2012 I bought a Groupon for a one week stay in a resort for $499. I was able to redeem it and was pleased overall. The selection was somewhat limited, but the value was there.

In December, 2012, I recieved an email from [email protected] (Charles A Thompson) doing business as ResortStayVouchers offering to sell 1 voucher for $499, 3 vouchers for $999, or 5 vouchers for $1499. Upgrade options were listed with additional fees, but the advertising promised decent options for the cost of the voucher would be available.

I bought the 3 voucher package for $999 and was able to reserve the first stay as promised using the voucher, no added fee. This was booked for May, 2013. Later that year when I attempted to reserve the second voucher, I found every stay now required an upgrade fee. I ended up reserving a stay in August, 2014 and paid a $350 upgrade fee for that stay. That stay also went as promised (with a $350 fee I didn't expect when I bought the package, since the same resort had been offered without upgrade fees at the time I purchased the package).

Then ResortStayVouchers dropped completely off the radar. After emailing several people/addresses, Charles Thompson responded first from Travel Deal Aggregators, then from ASuiteWeek. After giving me the runaround about my vouchers, and after a few months he finally gave me access to ASuiteWeek to redeem my final voucher. Now through ASuiteWeek, the fees are higher than rental costs for the resort directly.

My third voucher has no value. I was ripped off by Charles Thompson and his various companies: ResortStayVouchers, ResortStayMarking, Travel Deal Aggregators, and ASuiteWeek. Avoid Charles A Thompson and his companies!

Charles Thompson is a scammer

I was ripped off for $1499 by Charles. Same deal, bought a Groupon and traveled with no issue, then bought the package deal and they disappeared. I tracked him down via ASuiteWeek about 2 months ago and demanded a refund or threatened to sue him. He gave me a song and dance about company problems and asked for time for a refund. Then he gave me some codes to use on the ASuiteWeek website in the meantime. Now I see the reviews popping up for rip off from this company too. He is a scammer. I am going to file the paperwork this week. FYI, the LLC is based out of Nevada. You can find the company info there if you are also looking to sue.
