Do not buy from them, they do not answer the service tech calls, they do not return calls, they sell junk and do not honor anything. This company is a poor excuse for a business. I feel like they are just a scam outfit.
Bought two atomik barbwire boats from company. One boat worked however had a bad charger, the second boat worked for the first run then died however had a good charger. The boats cost 149.99 usd a piece. When i emailed customer service they sent out a new part for the boat and expected me to install myself luckily i knew how. When the boat still did not work they insisted i spend more of my hard to come by money to send the boat in to be repaired over the course of a week.
Initialy having the boats overnighted at a cost of 25 dollars extra so that me and my father would have something to do on fathers day. Now i will more than likely have to pay for return shipping as well after reading their website making this 149.99 boat cost me well over 200 usd a price i could have acheived a much nicer boat from a company that can stand firmly behind their product. This isnt a right course of action to put a Disabled US Marine through who is on a fixed disability income that at the end of the day with child and family to take care of accumulates to pittance. poor customer service from a company that supposedly prides itself on superior customer service.
