I purchased 4 parts for my atv from this company. They sent me 1 out of the 4 parts it has now been over 2 months. I have called many times with no answer. When I did get and answer I was told be the shipping management that they had all the parts in Stock and he didn't see why they were not shipped. He also told me that's I should see some activity with an email confirmation saying they were shipped withing 24 hours after I called. And I still have not received any parts or email. When I call the 3 numbers I can find for them 2 of them say the number is disconnected and the other is a recording saying to call one other the disconnected numbers.
January 24, 2014 I purchased 5 different parts for an ATV. A few weeks later one out of the five parts arrived. I contacted the company numerous times to report that I did not receive all of the parts. Each time that I reached a parts representitive, they would tell me that they would correct the problem and send me the remaining parts. The last guy I talked to said he would take my complaint up the chain of command. He ensured me that the parts were in stock and they would be sent out within 48 hours with an email confirmation. No emails and still no parts. I have called daily only to recieve their recorded answering service. No one will return my calls or emails. It is now May 23, 2014--4 months later.
