Would Also Like To Join The Class Action Lawsuit!!!

No Made The 1st payment. When I called about an issue with my account and to make the payment over the phone, they informed me that I had to pay an additional $100 for a repossession fee, When I still had the vehicle in my possession. After several hang ups and me calling back, one informed me that they didn't have to let me know about the $100, I just had to pay it. I explain I could pay the payment plus the additional by the next day since I didn't have the extra. They told me I had to have it in by close of business that day (It was around 1:30 at that time). Around 2:30pm I received a call from the tow truck company to come outside for a spare key because they were outside picking it up.

Called Auto Loans LLC For answers to why and what would it take to get my vehicle back. It was now $3055 from a $1400 loan.

Another red flag was I asked for a 10 payoff quote Before The tow truck came, she stated it would be $2200. Then said it would be $10 per day additional. So what good is a 10day payoff quote if your still gonna charge even more money, an that wouldn't be an accurate quote amount, if I'm still being charged.

I got a title loan for $1200 from AutoLoan, LLC in April. My first payment of $257 was due but I had an issue with my bank account. I called in on a Monday and told them I would be mailing in the payment. The representative I talked to said she would make a note on my account and I would just continue to get calls. On Wednesday, my car was taken from my place of employment's parking lot. I immediately called the company and was informed that I had the option of paying $1516.90 before the 15th of the month, but after the 15th, it would be $1774.30 or I could just pay it off for $2902.20. The original loan was only $1200 with 20% interest.

I immediately contacted a lawyer who has filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy that way I can still pay off the loan but also get my car back as it is the only means of transportation I have for me and my son. My lawyer has filed a motion against the company and they refuse to return his calls. The one representative he did speak with was very difficult. I regret ever doing business with this company. Although the payoff amount is ridiculous, I will pay it over time, I just need my car back.

I need help.

I took a loan out from Autloans LLC in October of 2014. I was in a bad spot, I needed the money or I would be evicted. Due to my divorce I already was behind in bills and had just been hit with a garnishment on my paycheck. A title loan seemed like the only option. It was the worst decision of my life. I knew I would pay a lot for this decision, but didn't see any other options. Little did I know i would pay this much.

My loan was for 4500. I had a monthly payment of $680. I paid on it monthly via direct withdrawl. I continued to struggle with my finances, and paid every month from November through May. In May I missed a payment and and filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I listed Autoloans LLC as a creditor on my filing and listed the address that I had sent the paperwork to for my loan, as the address of the creditor. On May 14th I officially filed for bankruptcy with every intent to restructure my debt and pay my debts.

On June 1st 2015 my Jeep was repossesed by Autloans LLC. I immediately notified them via email that I had filed for bankruptcy. I called them the next morning and also informed them verbally that I had filed for bankruptcy and was told that I needed to speak to John, but that he was out and to call back the next day. I left a voice mail. I did not receive a response.

On June 3rd I again called them and was told John was out. On June 4th I again called and was told that John was out again. I asked if anyone could handle my case and was told no. I called again on June 5th and was told John was still out due to a family emergency, but that he was checking messages and returning calls. I left a message again, and again, did not receive a response.

On June 8th I again called and was told John ould not be back until the next day. That he had missed his flight. I again asked if anyone else could handle my case and was told no.

June 9th I went to court for my 341 hearing. During my hearing I mentioned this to my lawyer and my bankruptcy trustee. Both said this action was illegal and that there was action that could be taken.

June 11th I again called trying to get ahold of John. I was told he was in a meeting util 3PM. I called back at 3:05 and was told he was on the phone. I called back 15 minutes later and was told he was still on the phone but would call me before end of day. I called 20 minutes later and was told he was in a meeting.

I then called my lawyer and asked for assistance. They quickly acted and called Autoloans, LLC. Surprise suprise! Sudenly John was available. He told my lawyer that he needed to check and see if they still had my vehicle and that he would get back to them. I had not known about this conversation so I called Autloans LLC and suddenly John was available.

John told me they never received the notice from the court about my bankruptcy. He also told me that had they received the notice they never would have repossessed my vehicle, "especially because it is a Chapter 13". While on the phone he aknowledged receipt of the notice from my lawyer. He told me that it looked lik my car had been sold June 2nd, less than 24 hours after it had been repossessed! He told me he would get in touch with his liquidation department and let me know if they still had my vehicle. He promised to call me the next morning.

The next day John never called. I called him and was told that he was "uhh... yeah he's on the phone" I told them I would hold. Eventually John answered and he told me that he was pretty sure they had sold my car and that they no longer had it. He said he was sorry, but my vehicle was gone. I then asked him how this could happen? Per both Washington state law and Florida state law that I had to be notified my vehicle was being sold.

This is when John told me that they are not a Florida company, that they are instead a Cook Island company and the laws of the US did not apply. He also told me that the notification requirements did not apply because it was a pawn, not a loan as it had been originally explained. He told me again that there was no chance I was getting my vehicle back. He told me that he was still checking wih his liquidation department but ws sure it was gone. I asked when he would know, he had told me "in the morning" the day before. He told me it was still morning and promised to get ahold of me by end of day. This did not happen.

I called again that afternoon. John was again not available. I again held, only this time when the phone finally rang for his extension I was hung up on. I immediately called back and was told that John had left the office.

I was lied to. My vehicle was illegally repossessed by a business who does not have legal auhority to do business in Washington state. My vehicle was basically stolen from me by a company who feels they do not need to adhere to the law because they have a shadown corporation set up in the Cook Islands, even though they have offices in Florida and Nevada, and do business nation wide via the internet. I was prayed upon and am now paying the price wihout anyone seemingly able to help.

I received a loan from Auto Loans LLC in August of 2014. I started my loan process with a company called ezloanlookup.com. This is apparently the company (search engine) Auto loans llc is hiding under. I confirmed that today by calling the 800 number listed on the website. I was immediately helped by a customer service agent who answered the phone Auto Loans LLC. I said what business is this? He sated this was auto loans LLC and they where a title loan company.

This is where my problem comes in(one of many). I signed up with a company that advertised themselves as a title loan company. I was given a link to sign my contract and even saved it so when I was done I could print it for my records. To my surprise I could not get back into the link and was given a message to contact the company if I had a question. Since my link and all my communication up to the point was from a customer care rep named Benjamin from ez loan look up. I sent him a message asking to give me a copy of my contract. Then I started to get emails from a company called Auto loans llc, which I guess was now handling my loan.

After 7 months of paying Auto loans llc every month $336.60 I finally received a copy of my contract. It was practically unreadable with funny little boxes behind most of my information. It also, now included a balloon payment that I know was not on my original paperwork. Also, it stated it was a Pawn Loan. At no time on their website or the by their customer service rep was the words Pawn stated. I even have emails from both ez loanlook up and Auto Loan LLC that state congratulations on your title loan. This, I believe is false advertisement both on their website and verbally by their representatives.

Also, on the website of Ez loan look up they stated that they were a third party company and do not give out loans. That they would provide you with a company who offers fair interest rates and fair loan terms. I do not believe that 247.23% with an over $2,000 balloon payment due after I pay over $4,000 in interest is fair in anyway. This website directly takes you to Auto loans llc, no other partners as they claim. Auto loans llc does have several addresses but, still the same company.

I did a little research in the past few day and have learned that title loans are illegal in the state I live in. They use the word pawn to skirt the individual laws in the state where title loans are illegal. I did not realize that Auto Loan llc look up and ez loan were a licensed Pawnbroker.

The loan was suppose to be for a year with my interest and payment to be divided equally of the that year. I have made every month payment except my 5/24/15 payment when I ran into a little financial difficulty. I talked to two reps on 6/5 and 6/6 and asked to have until Monday 6/8. Both reps stated that I could call them back Monday. On Sunday morning 6/7 at 12:23 am. I received an email from Auto Loans LLC stating I was 14 days behind and I needed to call the their office to get this taken care of. It also, stated that if I already took care of this they thanked me.

First, contacting a customer by any form of communication in the middle of the night is unethical; as to I do not read my email then. Within a few hours of the email my car was repossessed. So the bottom of the email said if you have taken care of this we thank you. They were not even sure if I had taken care of my payment or not yet they repossessed my car anyway.

I called the company that morning to talk to someone and I was told that nobody could help me due to that department was closed on Sunday. I asked to speak to a manager and at first was told there was not one. When I questioned that the customer serves reps were not supervised? I was then told that there was on but they would not speak to me and could not help me or answer any of my questions. This is not the first time I have had problems with management. I have been hung up on as well and belittled.

I have still not heard anything from Auto Loan LLC about my car or how long I have anything to pay. How much? So I finally called them to get the Information on how I could get my personal belongings back. I was then told a I owed $3,447. I asked if I could get a copy of what the extra charges are for and was told no. She could verbally tell me but would not give me any evidence to it. She stated that because this was a pawn loan they didn't have to follow any particle laws. They will not tell me what is going to happen to my car or how long I have to get payment in.

This company has mislead me over and over that I’m afraid they will sell it and tell me they received a lot less for my car than they really did to gain more money. This company is unethical, money hungry and should be looked in for its deceptive practices. They have my car, my $2,700 for a $1,600 loan. I have payed back the $1,600 I borrowed plus 70% in interest. Enough is enough! I want my car and title back and be done.
