DO NOT GO HERE. EVERY REPORT YOU SEE IS TRUE. I FOUND OUT FIRST HAND. BOUGHT A 2002 MAZDA MILLENIA 2/11/2015, FIRST OFF THEY ASSURED ME SOME OF CONCERNS WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE I DROVE OFF THE LOT. FIXING THE TRUNK LATCH( WOULDN'T WORK) AND OTHER LITTLE THINGS LIKE THAT. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE WHILE I WAS SIGNING ALL THE PAPERWORK. AND THE LADY ASKED IF THEY MADE ANY PROMISES AND I TOLD HER YES THEY WERE FIXING A FEW THINGS. SHE CHECKED WITH THE MECHANIC AND SAID OK WELL IM NOT GOING TO PUT IT ON THIS FORM SINCE IT WILL BE DONE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. AFTER I SIGN AND PAY FOR IT ALL IN CASH $4200,

COME TO FIND OUT IT COULDN'T BE FIXED AND I ALREADY SIGNED THE PAPERWORK. FINE. WE LEAVE. GET 5 MINS DOWN THE ROAD AND CAR OVERHEATS. TAKE IT BACK. IT TAKES THEM A WEEK TO REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT. GO PICK THE CAR UP AND STOP BY PHARMACY ON THE WAY HOME. CAR WON'T START. STARTER WENT OUT. NOW THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE A 50/50 WARRANTY. SAID I WOULD ONLY PAY 50% OFF THE COST WHICH WAS $290. I CALLED AROUND TO OTHER PLACE ALL OF WHOM ARE ONLY GOING TO CHARGE ME $325 TO BEGIN WITH SO WHERE THE F*** IS THE 50% "SAVINGS". TOLD SEVERAL TIMES. ALL CARS ARE RUNNING STRONG AND NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. IM SUPPORTING MY TWO NIECES. I CAN'T AFFORD TO GET SCREWED OUT OF $4200. THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE HUMAN BEINGS. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

On March 29th 2014, I visited FOREMAN MOTORS in Melbourne Florida, so see an advertised 1996 Black Camaro that was on their website.

The photographs of the camaro were of a beautiful car, which obviously were snapped years prior / owners prior.

When I physically saw the car it wasnt even close to the condition of the website posting and the odometer read over 45,000 miles more than the website had shown. The condition of the car was horrible, from a new repray of paint that was on the windows, to the tint being partially ripped off the windows.

I was finally greeted by a "general manager" named JASON. After mentioning the camaro's condition, he lied and said, "oh, the one on the website has been sold... and this is one we just got in today...it needs some repair" ...which was false because it had the same V.I.N. # on the dash as the ad.

I figured after travelling 90 minutes and having my room mate offer to take the day off from work and drive me there, I might as well keep looking for a car, so it wouldnt be a wasted trip for us.

Jason was paged to the office, so we looked at cars in his absence. I spotted a 1994 lexus LS400 parked in the back of the lot and checked it out. The battery was dead, but I thought it happens if it sits for awhile.

Jason returned and I inquired about the Lexus. He stated that it was the owner's "Baby" and just the battery was dead and the radio faceplate was off to prevent theft of the car. A shop worker jump started the car and it started.

The power accessories were not working and Jason stated that all LEXUS cars have a computer program that "Shuts down accessories that are not important when the car sits awhile, and that they re-program themselves to turn on over a 24 hour period".

Not knowing about a LEXUS, I took his word for it. The test drive showed a lurch in the rear end when the brakes with applied and Jason stated that the brakes would be checked at no charge. He said the down-payment was $1,000. which I gave to the owner DANNY FOREMAN in CASH.

After 4 hours of the mechanic working on the car and waiting for paperwork and tags I was on my way with a DECENT car that was a total of $5.200 . The next morning the car A/C wasnt working or the power windows, which made the car unbearable. I was told to bring the car by and wait for it. So having the day off , I drove 90 minutes to them and waited.

3 hours passed, and then I was told I owed them $500 for the parts and labor !!!

I told them I had the car a total of 24 hours, and they stated that my paperwork covered only 50% of repair costs.

Seriously? After handing over $1,500 in down payment / taxes and title fees, and I had to pay to repair a car that wasnt even mine?

They held my keys, including my apartment keys until I paid them .

Other problems arose over the next couple of weeks and I took it to a personal mechanic for a total " maintenance check"

The following was confirmed by a professional dealership:

1. rear differential bad

2. brakes down to 10% life

3. power steering pump dead

4. transmission nearly ready to fail

5. 3 dead fuel injectors out of 8

6. dead motors on windows, seats, moonroof, trunk, tilt steering, and dead circuit box under hood that controlled the suspension

7. bad radiator that was repaired with Gorilla Glue to plug leaks and to connect lines

Other than all that, what a fine car to let a customer drive off the lot , huh?

I contacted the owner and the saleman...( general manager ), and they stated: "Well...it IS a used car"

I was told that I signed a contract and if I didnt pay on the car, i would be taken to court and possibly arrested.

The car broke down on the 27th of May, so I parked it at work.

FOREMAN MOTORS was notified that the Lexus needed to be picked up in 2 days or less, since the tag expired on 29th of May. I called them 6 times in 3 days to remind them on the message service

The car was NOT picked up by Foreman Motors or was a phone call returned...so it was towed away, after I removed the expired tag.

2 weeks after it was towed, I was contacted by Jason, wanting to know where the car was located for pick-up.

I told him it was towed over 14 days ago, and didnt know the tow company. He continued to call me everyday for 2 more weeks, stating I was responsible for finding the car and for towing expenses.

I let him know that he already ripped me off for $ 2,000 and that i couldnt even drive the unsafe car and that I should be refunded some portion of MY purchase.

He said that would never happen.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..... UNLESS ANY OF YOU WISH THE SAME FATE...

IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO SAVE THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY IN TODAY'S ECONOMY ~~~ JUST TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THESE CON ARTISTS !!!!
