I ordered a Power Acouctik car amp from them on line and paid for it, A week later they said that they don't have it and can't get it. So they said they can give me one like it, i said ok due because a week went by and they had my money.The amps come over a week later. It took me over a month to get the money to get it installed, I got it installed it worked for about 2 months and stopped working. I contacted them and they sent me a link to the manufacturer a few days later after a few emails to them.The manufacturer said that they would not honor the 1 year warranty because Autotoys was not a authorized dealer for their product. I contacted Autotoys again and they sent me the same email back with a attitude and said that they told me what to do. So i sent them another email with a copy of the email the manufacture sent me. Autotoys said that they were a authorized dealer threw a 3rd party and that their warranty was for only 3 months due to beening a 3rd party seller and that i was past the 3 months so it's my problem. If i knew that up front i would have ordered the amp threw the manufacturer for the same price so i can get the full 1 year warranty.Also the amp was last years model that they sent me don't even make it anymore .It did not state this anywhere on their website about 3 party or last years models . This company is a FRAUD with the worst customer service ever and they don't have anyway for you to talk to anybody .And their phones are disconnected or a recording stating to email them only. AGAIN VERY POOR COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID.
I ordered a product from ,autotoys.com on April 20, 2015. I ordered something with total cost of $276.29. The payment has been charged on my credit card already. I contacted them on 4/25/15 and they told me order was processed and would be out for shipping, however i contacted them again on 4/30/15 after i did not receive my order and they said they didnt have it and were getting it. I contacted them again on 5/11/15 and again on 5/13/15. I have not received my order and i have not heard from them. They did not respond to emails. I have asked for a full refund and received no response still. There is no phone number on their site for customer service and you can only use email to contact them directly through their site.

The company operates under the name of sound conceptions in new jersey. I would never ever buy from them as they are scam artists. I just read some of the other reviews and it seems im not the only one who has had the same issue with them. buyer beware. complete fraud.
Initially Autotoys.com took payment and after 3 months of not receiving my product I contacted them. They said the product was out of stock and that I could wait or get a refund. I decided store credit would be fine. After another few months I decided it was time for a refund.
When I asked for a refund I was told that it had been too long and I could only use the store credit. So I tried to use the store credit and they just didn't ever ship my item. I have an open ticket thats been open for months. They wont respond me anymore.
So I posted on their web forum just asking how long customer service wait times would be. Explained that customer service hadn't gotten back to me in over a month and put my ticket number down so they could find me if they still wanted to. The next day my post was deleted and I was banned from posting further.
Save your time and money. Avoid this website. They don't even have a phone number to call if you have a problem.
