I picked this company from ebay to repair my Volvo Dim cluster. This business had all five star reviews and it promised quick turnaround. It also promised a phone call when part was received and shipped back. I never received the first phone call. The inital repair took a little longer than expected but it was over a Memorial Day weekend and USPS delayed the return back. However, when I did receive my part- everything worked but the gas guage needle would register almost full and not move. We contacted the business and he said that maybe a wire had not been reconnected and asked for us to ship it back to him. We did, at our expense. It was delivered back on Wed am. By Sunday pm, I had heard nothing, so I emailed the company. No response- so on Mon am, I discovered that I should have processed the return through ebay. I do so and put in comment that I am only doing so because I wanted there to be a record of him receiving my part back for repair.
Within 30 mins , I received a full refund and a message that part was " on its way back." I didn't ask for a refund- I just wanted the part fixed.
On the following Thursday, I contact the company because I still did not have the part and no email showing tracking information. I did get the part back Thursday pm and reinstalled it. The gas guage needle had NEVER been fixed back to its original condition. So I am out of the money it cost me to ship this back to this company twice and the four weeks I ended up without my car, to only have to have the problem they created fixed by someone else.
Communication was awful. My husband called this company and left a voice mail wanting to know after 2nd return delivery if they had corrected the problem. No response.
Instead, we have to drive the car for awhile and figure out that NO- it had not been fixed. I wish I had seen the other negative reviews on google plus and here. Several people have similiar complainets as mine.
