This company is a joke tried tech came out think,he was an owner alex I think was his name tried to tell me I needed a new unit and wanted to charge me a lot of money also said it was a old unit he tried to fast talk me i had a second opinion and it was just a stupid run cap and my unit is only 5 years old .this guy will try to rip u off so I would say don't ever use azap air they will try to sell u things that I don't need..
I called to have someoneone come and check out my a/c. the lady i spoke with dauphne who sounded like she had 1 to many drinks said they was concierge air conditioning now she would have someone come out. they was late getting there noone even called to let me know they was going to be late. when they showed up they was driving an azap air conditioning truck. i was abit confused they man had no clue what he was doing still no a/c .after he left i googled the concierge air doesnt even exsist and i checked out azap air of course what did i find they are operating with no work comp so if the guy had hurt himself i would be resposbible for it.do not use these 2 companies they are liers and dont know what they are doing
Operating there buisness when they said they closed.they told wage and labpr they was closed so they coulkd get out of paying back wages .they dont like giving last paychecks to employeed.they are probably working with no work comp or ;iability or auto insurance.they would rather be at the bar then pay there employees.there company is shady.they are tryingt o tun under concierge construction
