Balboa failed to pay me for labor They sent package of material 5/16/2015 material was shipped out 5/18/2015 was out of pocket for stamps promised rembursement added to 9th check ( cost of stamps 171.50 ( estimated at 180.00 in certified letter when requesting payment not reimbursement) . they signed for letter 7/1./2015 still no response to request made on their part. Balboa company owes me 3490.00 in unpaid wages and now also want 171.50 rembursed for stamps and discontinue any future dealing with this company I would like this resolved so I can move on in peace.
I have explained myself in the report title instead of the right place. Balboa Mailing Company already stole my money about 6 to 7 years ago, when they requested from me an amount of $ 499.00 dollars when they promised me of making over $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 a month. I never heard from them since then up to now they just sent me a new offer of $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 thousands a month with only a $99.00 dollars of registration fee to truly see if I am motivated. That is again to me considering as another Big Scam!!!
I was unaware that I would have to pay for postage and I was supposed to be assigned a coach and a number before the arrival of my package which did not happen.once the package arrived the letter states I'm supposed to pay for postage when the initial letter states that all supplies will be sent with the initial supplies

Balboa threatened me after refusing to send anything for the $300 I spent.
$300 is all I had and Balboa Mailing Company stole it.

They send letters from a boiler room in IL and have a fake office address in CA
A total scam. I have contacted both the CA and IL Attorney Generals
