Bank of America and Aetna Reviews

Bank of ameirca will not except any complaint's about deceptive buisness practices about it's vendor Aetna.I called human resources 4 times to tell them that their practices are discriminatory against disabled people and was told to go away.

I had to fight, becuase under the American with Disability Act, your employer is responsible for it's vendors

( AETNA) actions. First thing i did was file a personal complaint against the clinician with the florida department of health for violating the rules of his proffession. Second I filed discriminatory complaint against my employer with the eeoc and it was excepted.

then I faxed every State Attorney general in the country including memebers of congress and state legislators and even advocay groups. I even recieved several calls from attorneys interested in the case calling it a class action law suite.

I recomend you file a complaint against your job with the eeoc and the clinician or doctor who denied your benefits and watch how fast you get what you are intitled to. They prey on people they need to be stopped.

complain and don't give up! just don't complain to them because they won't do anything unless their forced to

I'm hoping this is picked up as a class action law suite, they have been doing this to people all around the country. Fight, Fight, Fight!
