Got the service but terminal did work and I needed to cancel. Onwer was RUDE and said I had to pay to replace it. Bankcards Equipment said rates would be better than current provider. Rates were not OK but then increased and they added more charges. Switched to new provider after. They want to charge a $497 "termination fee" Ridiculous. This is just a rip-off.

Sites like this where someone can just say anything they want anonymously are a detriment to the Internet and should be taken down!

Just found this fraudulent report. This most likely is from a competitor or someone just wanting to create a problem. I do not even offer, nor do I provide payments processing services. I an an equipment distributor only, and he says right in his comments that the "terminal did work". Beyond that, everything this anonymous (gutless) trouble-maker complains about is his payments processing service provider.
These sites are a joke, and a dis-service to all business owners everywhere, when an anonymous person is allowed to say whatever they please, without providing any facts, and it then ends up on the Internet.
