02/26/14 Called and spoke to Barbara who assured me I would get an immediate refund and all charges would be stopped
03/13/14 spoke to Dave who assured me once again I would get my refund and no charges would be taken
03/25/14 charged again 40.98 followed by an overdraft fee of 35.00
03/25/14 called again and spoke to Kendra who transferred me to Sarah/supervisor who said she would get my credit started and would call me back.
03/26/14 called to find results only to be sent to someones voice mail Left message but have not gotten a call back
