Brian Keith Bass is the biggest con artist i've ever known...we have 2 children together 13 and 14 yrs old. He has never supported them and child support is nonexistant. Forget askin DSS to help collect bc they are useless. We bought the kids toys for Christmas when they were babies then he would return their toys to the store for cash bc hed never work.
