I purchased two Vaxel Avalon Lights in Brushed Nickel for a total of $385.24 on July 31, 2014. They said the lights would take 6 weeks to arrive. When they didn't arrive in 6 weeks, we called and were told it would take another 4 weeks. It has now been 3 1/2 months and they have stopped responding to emails and the phone seems to be disconnected.
I never received my lights. I have now requested a refund from PayPal. I believe they purposefully tell you to keep waiting so that it is too late to request a refund from your credit card company.
Buy elsewhere and save yourself the money and hassle.
Larry Krayzman, owner of several online catalog stores will charge your account or credit card as soon as you place an order. His websites advertise items as "in stock", but trust me - they aren't. He's a drop shipper with no reliable supplier. When contacted, he will give repeated excuses regarding the status of your order until you lose all hope of ever receiving anything. He has been reported to the New York State Attorney General for fraudulent business practices, and has an F rating with the bbb on all of the online stores he operates.
