I was looking for a house in Alen and some lady from Gurudwara Richardson refereed Janpaul Sandhu. I am a single Mom and I was working with other realtor also. He showed me few house but he had very poor knowledge of all the properties. He offered me money back and i thought since he is from Gurudwara I can trust him and he seems old guy. He called me in one of the property on nov 2013 and he said this is he best property and it was close from school area.
I went there by myself I didn't liked the place and he started using bad words and tried touching me. I ran somehow and called police. I was shaking it was unbelievable for me to get attacked by an old man who has good reputation at Gurudwara. Police came and asked questions but they did not arrested him because there was not any proof. I asked people at Gurudwara and came to know the lady who referred me to him she has physical relationship with this Janpaul Sandhu.
It is hard to believe old people like him these days. I hope he burns in hell and have a miserable life. His wife has night job and she sleeps all day. there relationship is not good and he is totally broke and relying on his wife salary. I am 100% sure that he has some mental issues.
I request everyone not to do business with him. There are many other companies with more knowledgeable and smart people.
He still goes to Gurudwara and participates and serves food in Gurudwara, I have stopped going to Gurudwara at Richardson because I don't want to see the face of Janpaul sandhu devil pretending to be a nice man at God's house.
