Saw ad in newsletter from dr oz showing a picture of katie curic saying she used it and found she did not need cosmetic surgery to keep face looking so young; that she only had to use this product. This sounded like a legit endorsement so i clicked on the ad and was connected to a page to order the product. It stated it was a free sample and that the cost would only be the shipping charge of 4.95. I read thru the entire ad. There was no mention of an automatic monthly charge. I stupidly did not even check my bank acct. Until i received another shipment of the product. When i did check my bank charges, i had been charged 4 different amounts. In feb i was charged 84.95 and 89.95. In march i was charged 91.90 and 94.90 for same product. I will most likely be charged again this month as i just found out today what the tel. #'s are to call them on.
I ordered a trial of the product for the cost of shipping and handling .Two weeks later they took 200.Oo out of my checking account. I didn't even like the product.
Two weeks after placing the order for samples, I was charged $85.95 and$89.95. When calling the company, they said that I agreed to pay this amount if I didn't call after 14 days. I was not shown that option on website when ordering. This is a scam. They have already charged me another $94.49 for another shipment for December. They refuse to refund my money and said that was the terms and agreement that I made previously, but I did not! This is a total of $269.39 and I cannot afford it.

Misleading ----deceitful------uncoopertive------scam artists----untrustworthy---etc...
