Beau Derma Reviews

Most Useful Comment
  • Oct 10, 2014

Per their advertisement, the charges started with $4.95 and $3.95, respectively, covering only the shipping and handling charges for trying out two products - BeauDerma and Revita Eye. Upon receipt of the credit card number, they tacked $85.00++ each, as “membership fee.” There was nothing attached to the mailings, except a small brochure on the name of the product and contacts, not even any instruction on usage. I was looking for the terms of the purchase, but did not find any.

I cancelled the “subscription,” but they said on the confirmation number that since they have already shipped the next products, no refunds can be issued. I was billed a total of $362.70; the first shipment being the samples + membership fee, and the second shipment being the full products. The products are not even that great, hence the cancellation.

Any attempts to call them and talk to any human being on their side proved futile.

Aside from false advertisements they did not even inform me that a "membership fee" of $89.95 for Beau Derma, and $85.95 for Revita Eye will be charged to my credit card. They also informed me that since they had shipped the two products, each costing more than $90.00/ea, no refunds will be issued whatsoever regardless of the cancellation.

Same thing happened to me.

Total scam - products were awful and made my skin feel awful, especially the Revitaeye. These people need to be put out of business. I got my products on the 4th of March and 10 days later they charged me $89.95 for each.

Illegal business

Add me to the list of victims this company has scammed. When my face and eyes became irritated from these skin care products, I called the customer service number and was told that there would be no refund for the new, unopened order of Beau Derma skin and Revita Eye cream. Also was sent another order of the Beau Derma after I had cancelled all further shipments. Why is this company still allowed to operate an online scam????????

beauderma scam

Same thing happened to me as above. Do not fall for this! Places like facebook allow them to advertise falsely and just take funds without permission. Too bad so many false advertisements. Government should Step in and shut them down. They have bilked so many people. They purposely leave no way to contact them. Their day will Come. Advice, figure you got ripped off and cancel getting them out of your life and warn your friends. Lesson learned.

Revita eye and beauderma

This is a total scam. You must call 888-510-9185 ( 24/7 ) for revita eye and they will try to offer discounts starting at 15% and continue up to 50 %. I told them I was going to contact the attorney general, federal trade commission and my attorney if I was not given a full refund due to the deceptive and fraudulent and scandal is business practices They will try several times to tell you that they are un able to give you a full refund but if you stand your ground and insist on returning the product they will give a full refund less the original scam cost of shipping. You must press 0 and hold until you talk to a live person. Do the exact same thing for beauderma and call the exact same phone number separately. You will have to return the items to the exact same address in different packages and pay your shipping costs but that's under $20.00 total cost as compared to the $85.95 for revitaeye and the $89.95 for the beauderma. Also make sure they confirm that your account has been canceled and no additional charges will be placed against your account.

Thank you for sharing. I don't order things of this nature, especially from The great OZ. In face I never watch his show and I use to. To use people to make money off your name is cruel, Dr. OZ. I saw him back peddling in front of some board on TV and after that I did not trust the man. He was a heart Dr. And I will give him that. That is it and now he wants to dupe the whole women bit on their looks. Be happy with what God gave you. Most of us and just plain people. I am just blessed to breathe each day and be thankful to God for giving me anothe day. If people cannot accect you the way you are, then let them go fly a kite. I am happy with myself and I am no beauty but I am a child of God and that is all that matters to me.

Typical scam

Before anyone ever buys something via tv, internet, etc, the BBB should always be contacted and checking on them on the internet. This company/products aren't registered with Better Business Bureau. Shame on Dr. Oz and all the stars that do this to people.

HUGH SCAM

Don't order anything from this company. Cancel ASAP by calling the 888 number on the email order verification. If you don't they will continue to charge your credit card 89.00 and sending product. Make sure to get RMA # and record on top of package before returning. I'd give less then one star but that is the lowest rating

BeauDerma and Revita Eye

I made the same mistake to order both products. This is a scam, because in the ad there is nothing about further automatic shipments. I closed my credit card. Now the company wants $ 14.71 for each product. They want me to call back and cancel again after I receive my new card.

I am a foreigner and not to good in handling those things, but somebody should contact the News/Scam Department and let them look into this mess.

Not a free trial

All I keep thinking is, "I'm not this stupid, how could I have done this? I am so stupid!" The free trial says you only pay the shipping of 4.95 for Beauderma and 5.95 for RevitaEye. When the order is complete the terms and conditions are provided. They say the trial is good for 14 days and can be canceled any time during those 14 days, but then you will be charged $90 on a monthly basis and receive monthly supplies. I emailed and called immediately after reading the terms and conditions trying to cancel before even the 14 day trial was sent. That's when I learned that I was getting a $38.71 charge for RevitaEye. The call center is one based out of India so it is hard to hear and to understand. The rep I talked to kept saying the trial was not free and when I asked if I could speak to someone else she said she was the only one to talk to. RevitaEye told me I would have the $38 refunded, but so far my credit card is only showing the charge and not the refund. Beauderma did not offer a refund. Both companies did say the accounts were now canceled. I am also contacting my credit card company to see what can be done to make certain no more charges are made. Also, make sure to get a confirmation email of the cancellation. RevitaEye sent one, but Beauderma did not and I had to call again. That is when I learned that Beauderma was charging me $22.71 and they said my account had not been canceled.

Got Scammed ALSO....

The same thing has happened to me, as per the above post. Tonight I spent an hour with my own credit card company trying to get the charges lifted. She said the time line is not good, although the credit card company wanted MY proof of calling them to cancel. I am disgusted that I fell for this SCAM, and now I am Really Angry. I intend to send this site's information to my credit card co. as I am trying to get back three 89-90+ charges removed from the card. I will let everyone KNOW this is a SCAM and the Co. doesn't even talk to you over the phone, instead I wrote them an email, which the woman 'Rita' sent one telling Me that I am at fault, blah, blah, blah. Even if they get your first initial $89-90 for each of these inferior products, they are ahead of the game. They Must have expected this reaction from us, as they have a "Ready Made Cancellation Message for You." Planning ahead? for cancellations, because they KNOW it's a SCAM. Anyway....hope to get the word out and I too will check back for a Class Action To be filed.

Beau Derma and Revita Scam

I am so glad to see people talking about starting a class action lawsuit. This company is making millions fraudulently and unethically. I hope they go bankrupt and get shut down. I almost fell for it myself except I am in the habit of first researching reviews for anything on the internet before buying. I found page after page of bad reviews during a Google search.

First of all, IF their product is so great they shouldn't have to trick people into paying for future orders. When there is a good product, people will order and re-order without force or trickery.

Second...I highly doubt that Dr Oz or Oprah or any other celebrity they mention has given them permission to use their names. But if they did, they THEY also need to be called to the carpet about the shameful way this company rips people off.

I always use Paypal when ordering off the internet. Paypal will stand behind their customers if they get scammed. It happened to me a few years back over a single order for one book where I got charged multiple times for some " auto ship" crap. Paypal went to bat for me and got my refund.

If you all happened to use Paypal then you might be able to get the help you need from them.

A SCAM - Let's file a class action lawsuit against this company

This is a well thought of SCAM. Let's all file a class action lawsuit. Who wants to join me? Read below. We have the name of the company who is responsible for scamming all of us. Let’s also file a complaint to State Attorney General of CA and Henderson, NV.

I Googled the address 3760 W Mcfadden Ave, Suite B 602, Santa Ana, CA 92704-1392. This is what I found:

A. It is a UPS address.

https://www.google.com/maps/place/3760+W+McFadden+Ave,+Santa+Ana,+CA+92704/@33.7382288,-117.9179541,3a,52.5y,185h,90t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1shfJZmSjoxFMoQzk1MBRqdg!2e0!4m2!3m1!1s0x80dcd87df22833f9:0x7e01331a35abf240!6m1!1e1?hl=en

B. The name of the company is Avonlea.

Customer Service Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

Phone: (888) 211-2370

C. After you Google the address further: You find this info in FINE print. This is not shown when you order on line, nor when your shipment arrives.

https://www.avonleabeauty.com/ExclusiveTrial/terms.php

D. And the same UPS address was used for SCAMS with the product Garcinia Cambogia.

E. And the same UPS address was used for SCAMS with the product Lavish Skin and Rejuval Skin. With Dr. Oz name attached to it in their ad.

Adamas Validus, LLC

Customer Service: 1-877-637-4555

Phone number: 714-418-2111 - this is now a non-working Verizon number

F. And the same UPS address was used for SCAMS by Pathos Skin Care.

G. The customer service at 888-510-9185 or 888-206-0628 or 877 numbers are answered in the Philippines. They will tell you they are located in Santa Ana, CA (Really? at UPS store working at 3 AM Pacific time? Really?) This toll free phone service company is being used by the LLC or Corp who is an expert in Scamming people. Let's shut this business down.

TAKE NOTE:

H. The automatic charges from your credit card or bank account has an address of Henderson, NV.

Let's all file a class action lawsuit. Who wants to join me?

This is what happened to my order:

I ordered FREE 30 day trial of Beau Derma and RevitaEye as advertised on-line. The ad was tied to Dr Oz' name and other celebrities. It had a money back guarantee for 30 days, pay for shipping only which was $5.95 and $1.95. Each product arrived in separate shipment but with the same return address:

3760 W Mcfadden Ave, Suite B 602

Santa Ana, CA 92704-1392

When I received each shipment, there is one small brochure but no other instructions (i.e. How to use Beau Derma). And this Beau Derma product does NOT have any ingredients label on it. That's scary!

Each shipment was postmarked 11/21/14

On Dec 4, 2014, my bank account had an automatic charge of $89.95 and $85.95.

I called customer service:

Beau Derma - 888-510-9185

RevitaEye - 888-206-0628

Very interesting scam. Phones are very well programmed by technical geniuses.

1) First, no one answers each phone number. I got a recorded message that if I want to cancel, press 1.

2) I pressed 1. There is a recorded message saying, "You have canceled your account". That's it.

3) I dialed the same number again for RevitaEye 888-206-0628 to speak to customer service. This time, the recording said the phone number has been disconnected and to call 1-800-712-3000.

4) I dialed 1-800-712-3000, it is for car insurance quote.

5) So I dialed RevitaEye 888-206-0628 again. A different automated recording. I ignored it. I pressed "0". Finally got customer service. They do not refund even if you have not used the product or want to return it based on 30 day money back guarantee. They insist I agreed that in 14 days, there will be an automatic charge in my account. It's a SCAM because it’s NOT true. The rep is well trained to give this reply over and over again.

Let’s file a class-action lawsuit. Let’s also file a complaint to State Attorney General of CA and Henderson, NV. The UPS store will have the name of the person or LLC or Corp who registered using the Santa Ana UPS address over and over again selling different products. Plus, the lawyer we hire will be able to find the company in Henderson, NV who automatically deducts money from our credit cards and bank accounts. Well thought of SCAM. Let’s shut this company down.

Skin is burning and flaking! Eyes are saggy and brown sacks that I have NEVER had before!!

I ordered the "free" trial product, just paying for shipping, on March 6. I received the product, according to UPS tracking, on March 11. The products are Revita Eye and Beau Derma. I checked my mail and started using this product last weekend, March 14. I only used it for a few days, and started seeing a bad reaction. At first, it was redness, then swelling and burning. I stopped using both products. My eyes are the worst, but I also have red blotches on the rest of my face. Last night, the redness under my eyes turned brown! I believe this product has burnt my skin! This morning, my eyes were again red, flaky and very puffy.

I planned to call the company today. I looked online and saw these reviews! I had no idea they were going to automatically charge me. The little brochure does not say anything about that! I called Revita Eye first. After MUCH conversation and detail on my condition the woman could only say that she could give me a 50% return. This is because I only had 14 days to cancel. No one had told me that. Having just received the product on the 11th, I feel this is within my 14 days anyway. I found that unbelievable! She didn't even want to respond to my facial condition. She just talked about the price. I asked to speak to her supervisor. I was told I would get a call back, that the supervisor was busy with another customer. That was several hours ago. I am still waiting for that call back, and plan on calling as soon as I am finished writing this review. I then called Beau Derma, learning quickly from the Revita Eye person that I had to handle the two products separately. With Beau Derma, I got a 100% refund so long as I return the sample with the RMA #. I am not sure why they need the return sample.

I then called my credit card company. The two large charges - 85.95 and 89.95 - are pending charges at the moment. I have to wait until they are posted in order to file a dispute. But, believe me, I will!

Let us know what we can do to file a formal complaint against this company! I hope my face improves!

don't think there is class action suit here

Hi - I just don't think there is such a suit here because nobody has been harmed in a seriously substantial way, e.g., lost their life savings, medical harm, etc. Of course, my understand of what qualifies for a class action could be way off. But I'm thinking for an attorney to accept a case on contingency she would have to stand to cover her costs and fees for however long it took to resolve - anywhere from six months to six years. I just don't see those kinds of damages. One thing I urge everyone is to do is DISPUTE FRAUDULENT CHARGES WITH YOUR CC COMPANY! In my experience they have always been happy to work with me, and have always either found in my favor, or explained to me why I, in fact, did owe the money. Nobody should be out more than the money she originally agreed to risk, in my opinion. Good luck!

Class action suit

If there is a class action suit. against this company, I'm in. When you call their cancel numbers they are automatically set up to say you agree to cancel the sample but you agree to keep the full discounted product they immediately put on your charge card when yo ordered the trial sample. I think they use the cost of the trial sample to see if you credit card number is good, then they tack on the higher amounts. Today they sent me an e-mail with a number to call to get the special return instructions and the number is a recording saying the same thing as all the other numbers and then it cuts off not giving you any other information on how to get a customer service rep.

Shipped back & DEMANDED a refund!

I ordered this 1/6/15. I wished I could give this place no stars! I called today (1/31/15), after I noticed I had two charges- $89 & $85. This place is a SCAM!!!! I called the 800# and pressed 0 and spoke to someone with a VERY heavy accent. Her response to wanting a refund was they could give me 15% of my money back. I said "absolutely not!" Then she went on to say she could give me 30%. "No!!"

Then it was 50%. I was furious! I told her she would be giving me a 100% refund. I explained it burned my skin and that when you purchase something in a physical store and you have an allergic reaction to it, they give REFUNDS…at 100%!!! She put me on hold & then came back with an RMA#. I also received email confirmation & told her to cancel any future shipments.

I sent both products back & got tracking #'s. Hoping to receive credit in my account within the next 1-2 weeks.

I purchased a sample of Beau Derma for $5.95. I don't recall a 14-day trial period or any information given to me about the refund policy or terms and conditions. I received another package of Beau Derma in the mail and decided to call the company to find out why. I had the same experience as the other complaint states: I had to call the number to cancel. I did not get a chance to speak to a person about it, so I made sure I cancelled. I was given a referal number that I could barely hear on the phone. I immediately went to the post office and asked what I could do to send back the package back. I was told that I could refuse it and the post office would stamp it as "REFUSED" since it was never opened.

I was told that the package could be tracked by the post office with the same tracking numbers that it was sent with. I had the post office stamp the package and the post man gave me a receipt to document the transaction. NOTE: It's interesting that no person will answer the 888 number when you call to cancel, but you CAN get a person to answer if you call from another number, or 2 months after the cancellation of the previous order. I am telling people this because when you call any 800 numbers (even if your phone number is typically blocked by your phone service) the merchant is allowed to see your number. This merchant looks up their buyers by phone number. It's convenient to not let the buyer speak to any human being when the buyer is still considered a "member" who is "tied to their bogus contract."

I disputed the transaction on my credit card and the credit card company looked into it for me. Almost two months later, I received a letter from my credit card company stating that the transaction amount of $85.95 was valid because of the company's "terms and conditions." I will be pursuing this further to try to get my money back since I no longer have the product, but am being charged a rediculous amount for a tiny little jar. Note: I also purchased a sample of Revita Eye through the same website (that will be a separate complaint) that supposedly had the same "terms and conditions" as Beau Derma, and I was charged $91.90 for an even smaller eye care product that was in a pump dispenser. I also returned this product the same way as the Beau Derma. I called the Beau Derma customer service number (888) 311-3372 and spoke to a woman with a dialect who told me her name was "Kelvin." She told me she would not discuss the matter with me because I was disputing it on my credit card.

I asked Kelvin if Beau Derma was the same company as the Revita Eye Company and she said no, but that their shipments come out of the same warehouse. When I disputed the Beau Derma and Revita Eye Transactions, they were both under the same Merchant, EYA EYEADVANCED (Merchant No. 3899000002644720). I asked Carl (#1431057) from Revita Eye the same question of whether these companies were the same and he also told me no.

Beau Derma, Revitaleye, and other names. is a scam. The product doesn't do what it says, smells terrible, and some report their skin became inflamed or peeled off BUT the big thing is that it sounds like a free sample which it is NOT. It is a "TRIAL" and they will charge you about $5 for shipping but they will also charge about $90 for the trail size that they send you and it is a RECURRING CHARGE to your credit card. They make it sound like they are located in Santa Ana, CA BUT if you read the small print you will see the return address is Ontario, Canada! They supposedly give you 14 days to return the product but you have to get authorization and their phone is only an answering machine PLUS the 14 days is from the time of the order not from the time you actually get the product in the meantime they charge the $90. Read the other reports against this company, it looks like no one actually cancelled and was able to get their $90 back.

I ordered a free sample of Beau Derma and Revita Eye from an online advertisement, it stated $4.95 shipping and handling would be charged and I had 14 days to try the product and could call and cancel within that 14 days for any reason and would not be charged further.

I called on the 14th day as my skin was peeling off my face and I had cracked open sores around my eyes, and I was informed that it was a "free trial", not a free sample, and that I would still be charged $89.95 for each product, but since I called to cancel, I wouldn't be charged anything after that. They also mistakenly sent me two saI amples of Beau Derma, so they were going to charge me $89.95 x 3. I stated I did not order two samples of Beau Derma, and that I was having a terrible reaction to the product, and that I would gladly send it back to them, but I was not paying another dime for their product. I was offered two or three discounted deals to just keep the products, but I blew up, telling them I was not keeping something that I was obviously allergic to, and that I had followed their instructions and called within the 14 day trial period.

After threatening to sue them and file fraud charges against them, the customer service rep finally relented and sent me a Return Mail Authorization, but she only sent me one for the Beau Derma, even though I told her they sent me two. I emailed her back immediately and told her she needed to send another RMA for the other order, and I got a response that this could not be handled by email. BULL CRAP! I also had to call Revita Eye, at the same address but a different phone number, and went through the entire ordeal again, with the same discount offers to keep the product, but I refused until they relented and also sent me an RMA to mail the product back. I sent all three products back a few days ago, and imagine my surprise when I saw a charge on my credit card today for $89.95! I called the company once more and I was told I had not cancelled my subscription for one of the Beau Derma orders.

I immediately told Aiza that I had called, I had informed the other customer service person that they sent me two products and that I was returning both, and that I was sure she had record of this conversation. I then told her if the charge did not come off my credit card I would immediately file fraud charges and hire an attorney to sue them. She quickly relented and told me they would take the charge off my credit card and I would not be charged any further. We'll see what happens! Please, please do not order from this company. I don't know what is in their product, but almost every review I've read has reported having a reaction to this product, and believe me, if it were made of gold it would not be worth $89.95 a month til you call to cancel. What a rip off!

These two companies advertised a free 14 day trial of their products for a $4.95 shipping charge. When I received the products, there was a brochure with a number to call about my "subscription". I immediately called each companies customer service to cancel because I did not agree to or want any type of subscription. I received the same response from both. They said I would be charged $89.95 for each product because what they sent me was a 30-day supply. And I "thought" I ordered a free 14-day trial. I told them I was not paying for the product I did not order. They both finally got the price down to $14.95 each but I still refused. This is false advertisement. I should have known nothing is free. I was given a return authorization number and then was told I would have to pay for shipping to return the unused product. Are you kidding me! I refuse to pay either of these companies another dime. Don't fall for their scam. I used the product the first day but will not use it again after reading some of the allergic reactions that have been reported.

I ordered Skin Care on line. I received the products after 2 days. The face cream in ajar has no name and no list of ingredients on it except the eye cream. I used the product that day but I developed rashes on my face and neck. The product I received were a trial and upon developing allergies, I stop using it. I and email the company but up to the present time, I did not recevied any response from them. August 16, 2014 the amount of $89.95 was taken out of my checking account. Tried calling them but no human person but instruction on how to cancel and once cancelled will give you the confirmatrion number. I tried locating their main address in the internet but there's no address. This is a total Rip-off. Hopefully everybody can see this report before ordering their Rip-Off unlabeled samples.

I received an email offer for a skin care trial product for $4.95 and an additional product for $5.95. I agreed to try this for 15 days with a 30 day money back guarantee. 9 days later, my credit card was billed for $89.95 an $85.95 because I was enrolled in automatic monthly shipments.

I never agreed to this knowingly. The 15 day trial, according to the company representative, began the day of shipment from California to Virginia.

After having to call 2 numbers (even though the address is the same), and "discuss" this, I have contacted my credit card company to remove these charges.

NEVER do business with either of them. A total RIPOFF.

I looked at an article online and before I clicked the computer off, a man called me to take an order. I did not even complete the information on the screen before the phone rang.

I ordered a trial of Beau Derma Revita Eye and was told that I would only be charged for the shipping and could call to cancel at anytime. Seven days after the shipment I called and was told that an additional amount had been taken from my bank account for the product. They took 85.95 from my account without permission. This is theft by deception!

total rip off - do not order

Called (888) 206-06280 for Revitaleye. Don't put in phone number used in order, hit 0#. They go in circles. I kept insisting on an address to send product back. He kept offering me a discount instead of returning product. Finally after 3rd time the offer was 14.95 and cancel of account. I figured this was easier than the return. This is what they count on, but it was going to be easier and I have learned a lesson. Same with the Beau Derma cream, but different number (888) 510_9185

BEAU DERMA WILL BANKRUPT YOU

I ordered the 14day trial on 12/13/14 @ 745P EST @ 850P EST I called and Cancelled. Luckily I didn't order the Revita Eye. When I called it was someone in the Asia. I was told the order had already shipped, in 1 hour and 5 min. I told her there was no way it had shipped and I wanted my money back refunded to my card and was told it had to go for review to see if I qualified for the refund. In that one hour I rec'd 3 emails. One was a confirmation for 4.95 shipping and no company name on email either only a phone # with hours of op. The next email was a confirmation of cancellation for the amount of 38.71 which is the amount you pay for the additional days between 14 and the end of the month. Mind you, I had not even received anything it had only been 1 hour. I saw a review and cancelled. I told her that I would turn them into the BBB and contact a lawyer and she said you do what you want to do it won't matter. So, I called my credit card co and filed an dispute against the charges so they won't receive any money and they won't. After I send copies of all emails and if you read at the bottom of their terms and conditions you'll find the rules for the trial period and if you call before you receive any product it says you will not be charged any additional money or product . Your credit card co or most credit card companies do all the research when you file a charge dispute with the exception of you needing to supply your correspondence from Beau Derma. I agree with with the [email protected] we all need to get together and find an attorney & file a class action lawsuit against this company that is ripping off so many people that can't afford the hundreds of dollars that somebodies pocket is getting lined with. I for one am furious and if we don't do something then nothing will get done and more people will continue to get ripped off If this is OK with you then do nothing, it's not OK with me. I am joining the fight. Come on people and stand up for yourself and others. Make a difference for once. Don't just stand by and let them get away with this.

BeauDerma/Revita Eye total BOGUS

I am sorry to admit that I fell for this SCAM Ad and I am very disappointed that Dr. OZ lends his name to that.

I was lucky to catch on early, because, after receiving the products and using it for 3 days, my skin had turned all red and puffy. I read the reviews online and immediately canceled my credit card.

After calling them back and forth I finally received a RMA # and returned the products with tracking mail for $ 3.75 each. The guy on the phone tried to convince me to keep it, first for 40.00 then 22.00 and finally 14.00$ and told me, it would cost between $ 10.00 and 15.00 each in postage to return it.

This company should be taken out of business.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I'm so embarrassed I thought this was a legitimate offer. I ordered what I thought, were trial size containers, but it turns out if you keep them longer than 15 days, they bill you something like $80 for them! Then, they KEEP sending them to you and billing you for them!

It comes in a package with no instructions or explanations of why it works. You have no way of knowing the ingredients either. If you're lucky, you'll get the pamphlet that has the phone numbers on it. Try all of them when you cancel because the first two don't work. Cancel immediately if you've already made the mistake of ordering it AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.

The first night I put the cream on it felt fine. I went to bed and woke up and my sking was all flaky and peeling! That evening I started to put it on again and it felt like my face was burning! It hurt so bad so I stopped and washed it off but still, 3 days later, my skin burns and is flaky and peeling.

This stuff is not only dangerous for your skin but your bank account too! They use your info you use to pay for shipping to continue to charge you crazy amounts for this poison. They need to be reported to BBB and everyone you can think of!

BeauDerma and Revita Eye is a SCAM

DO NOT ORDER from this company....they are a SCAM. I ordered a trial of BD and they automatically sent me a order confirmation form both BD and RE, and I never ordered the Revita Eye product. The website is shared and the addresses for customer service and returns is the same, but they operate under different toll free numbers. I had to pay 14.71 to immediately cancel BD (and keep trial product) but avoid any future charges, but to cancel RE, which I never ordered to begin with they want another 14.71. I cancelled and was issued a RMA to return the product I never ordered. I plan to REFUSE the oder when it comes in the mail and tell the post office to return to sender. They are rude to you and you cannot speak with a supervisor, they just keep asking for more money to cancel! Stay far away from these products.

The Beau Derma/Revita Eye free trial is a super scam. You think you are paying $5.95 for shipping of each bottle; however, after 14 days you are unknowingly charged $89.95 per bottle plus the shipping charges you have already paid. When you call the numbers, they are both the same company, but they make you call seperate phone numbers and refuse to credit the amounts they have charged you. This is their idea of a free trial. Even when you cancel the membership you did not know you were getting into, they will not credit your credit card for the two $89.95 charges. So, they are making a slick $190.00 off of each unsuspecting person that makes the mistake of wanting a free trial of their face and eye cream. This is one of the worst scams I have seen, to date. This has cured me of ever, ever checking into any internet sale or promotion, legitimate or not.

I ordered the free trials of Beau Derma and Reviteye. When I called to cancel any further shipments The recording said I would be charged another charge of 50% of the regular product price at the one phone number, 888-506-1536. At the second number,888-502-8306 I cancelled the order and was told the same thing by someone who could hardly speak english. I advised her that I would not pay any additional charges and that this practice was fraud.

I have advised my credit card company to block any further charges submitted by these 2 companies.

Someone should advise Dr Oz to be more careful about the products he promotes.

I thought that it was important for me to write this after reading everyone's reports. I should've come to this site first, like I always do but failed in this instance.

It does "advertise" that Dr. Oz says it's great but Dr. Oz has always said that we should check his site to make sure that he endorses these (BeauDerma and Revita Eye) products. I checked on that today using his search engine but didn't see a clear indication that he endorses these products.

Well, I had already planned on cancelling my order before the 14-day trial anyway. I have until January 24 (from my calculations) to cancel but I decided to call today (the young lady said it was February 3, hmmmm). The automated number says 2 things, if I'm not mistaken: you can cancel now and be charged a price or you can return the unused product and eat the cost of shipping and I think still charged a price. Either way, I would be inconvenienced whether they charge me or I have to go to the post office (which from reading, it doesn't sound like it's so easy to return it).

Well, I don't intend to do either. I'm not shipping anything back and they are not going to charge my card anything other than the initial shipping that they got. I CANCELLED MY DEBIT CARD AFTER LISTENING TO THE AUTOMATED MESSAGE AND LISTENING TO THE SALES REP!! She was also in a hurry to get me off of the phone after my questions. I guess she was trying to hurry up and charge my card lol! Too slow Dumbo!

I haven't even used the product and glad that I didn't after reading about the skin issues. And, after looking at the packaging it looks quite cheap and smells like some other skin cream (I just can't place the product though). PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! This is my first and will be my last time doing something like this. I can honestly say that I must've been having a lapse in common sense.

CANCEL YOUR CARD NOW AND THROW THE PRODUCT(S) IN THE TRASH!!!!! I'm quite sure that they will send me a bill, NOT!

Dr. Oz was endorsing the products Beau Derma and Revitalize Eye. A free trial of the creams was offered, with a charge of four dollars and change for shipping. However, there was no mention on the advertisement of an automatic withdrawal of eighty dollars and change for each cream to be taken from my credit card. I did not authorize for over one hundred and seventy dollars to be taken from my credit card. I tried calling the companies to tell them I did not want the products and that I did not authorize them to take out funds from my card but was unable to speak to anyone. They do not have a number where you can talk to a real person. I want my money to be put back into my card. I cannot afford them since I am unemployed and I do not want the creams. Please advice.

Horrible product; deceptive marketing! Do not buy!

This product caused painful, red and irritated skin. The trial period is 14 days after order which left me three days to try the product, find out who to contact (no shipping information is included in package) and when I went to cancel, they told me they had already shipped the product and charged by credit card over $190.00. Horrid, deceptive marketing and damaging product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Class action lawsuit

We all went through the same thing. Actually when I called the number 888-510-9185 they claimed they have no idea what the other charge was. I had one charge of $89.95 & $85.95. I didn't just push 2 for cancellation, I waited on the line ... It was quiet for a bit, then it said push 0 for operator and then the fun began. They argued i agreed by checking a box on check out to their terms to draft my account. " there was no box to ck at checkout" I asked for supervisor I was put on hold and then there was no supervisor available, then the negotiation of how much of my money they will give me back, started at 15% then to 40% then when I insisted on the address it became a full refund, not mentioning how much yelling was going on. Well, there are consumer protection agencies for this kind of stuff. A class action law suit is necessary, I AM IN. TELL ME WHAT TO DO NEXT .

Revita Beau left me Revita "Broke"

They have some VERY confusing cancellation terms! Here they are....

CONFUSING CANCELLATION TERM #1.) "You can try Revita Beau to determine for yourself if this product is right for you.....If you find that the product is not right for you, simply call our Customer Service to cancel before the end of your fourteen (14) day trial period and you will not be charged anything else."

Emphasis on "TRY", because how do you know if a product performs satisfactorily if you don't "TRY IT"?

CONFUSING CANCELLATION TERM #2.) If at any time you are unsatisfied with our product, you may return any unopened bottles of any shipment within thirty (30) days of our shipping date for a refund of the purchase price less 15% restocking fee. If the product is opened, we cannot accept it for return or refund.

Again I ask, how do you know if a product performs satisfactorily if you don't "TRY IT"?

And God forbid you OPEN the bottle! If you do, YOU'RE SCREWED!!!!! Unless you get a "compassionate" rep who will only slightly boast about how he/she ALWAYS read the fine print, no mater how long the terms are. Tisk, Tisk!

Beau Derma and Revita Eye SCAM SCAM

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS!!!!

I purchased the trial companion products in February of 2015 for shipping and handling charges of $5.95 and $4.95 respectively. The charges appeared on my March credit card statement.

I received the product within 10 days. Within about a week of using them I realized my eyes would burn and were very sensitive to light by the end of the day. I stopped using them for a day or two then resumed use. My eyes burned and were sensitive to light again so I threw them out.

I received my April statement and found changes totaling to $179.90 and also about the same time received another shipment of the products which I had not explicitly ordered. I phone the company and was advised I had not cancelled my account within 14 days so I owed the $179.90. Now mind you by the time I confirmed the product caused eye irritation my 14 days were up. Plus I was not aware there was a 14 day period in which I had to cancel my account.

I had to talk over the customer care representative to get a word in to make my case and was finally connected to supervisor after almost screaming into the phone that I wanted to talk to a supervisor NOW. I was advised I would get a full refund upon returning the second shipment.

When I receive my May statement there was indeed a refund for the second shipment, but I had expected a refund for both shipments. I called the company again in May with a similar rude shouting experience. Finally talked to a supervisor again and received the same message. This time they said they could not take the first shipment back because it was 60 days old and they would not give me a refund for it. I threatened a BBB claim and also contacting the national health department and the Attorney General office in the states of California (home state for the company) and Texas (my state of residence). It seemed to fall on deaf ears.

Now that I have found this website I see why they seem not to care. They are just raking in the $$$ with little probability of consequences.

Beau Derma and Revita Eye SCAM SCAM

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!!!!

In February of 2015 I purchase the online advertised trial of the two products for the shipping and handling fee of $4.95 and $5.95 each respectively. The shipping and handling charges appeared on my March credit card statement.

I received the products quickly and started trying them out. I noticed within a few days that my eyes would burn and were sensitive to light by the end of the day. I stopped using for a couple of days and my eyes were fine. I resumed use and my eyes burned and were sensitive to light again. So I stopped using them and threw out the product.

On my April credit card statement I was charged for the full price of the first shipment of products and within a few days I received another shipment of the products which I had not explicitly order.

I phoned the company and they advised me that I had not cancelled my order within 14 days as per their online terms and my account was set up for automatic monthly shipment. I advised them I was not aware of the 14 day policy. They told me I had to check the box online to proceed with my order so I MUST be aware of the policy. I also advised them that I had serious doubts about the safety of their product. The customer service rep barely let me get a word in. I had to talk over them to make my point. After some arguing and talking with a supervisor. They agreed to give me a credit.

I received my May credit card statement with a credit for the April shipment but not the March shipment. I called again and was advised that the March product was 60 days old. They re-advised me of their policy. I explained AGAIN about the conversation in April and was under the impression that I would receive a full refund for these products. I even threatened to file a BBB claim against them. I also threatened to file a claim with the national health department for unsafe products. It seemed to fall on deaf ears.

The outcome is that I will have to pay for the first shipment and the shipping and handling for a total of $190.80.

Then the man said he would offer a 15% refund and when I said no he then said 25% refund. I insisted on 100% refund he then said, " ok, 50% and that's my final offer!" I said no and contacted my bank and have a dispute against them and cancelled my card. How they get your information, I don't know.

I get my bank statement it showed a charge for around two hundreds. I got mad, when I recieved a package for the two products that I did order.

I feel that I should get a refund.

Beau derma revita eye or revita fresh as they have changed their name, since their scam has come to light, are professional ripoff artists. What you do not know when you sign up for a free sample is that you will be receiving more and more merchandise from them, after two weeks of your receiving your sample and outrageous charges of $85 and $89 will be charged on your card. When you call to cancel they will not offer a refund other than possibly %30, depending on who you speak to and that changes with every customer servcice person, if you understand them through their heavy foreign accents. When they tell you how to cancel your order and do it, don't believe it. I did this and was sent more product and was charged even more. I was charged $91 and $96. I did not even get one of the items. When i called them about this i was lied to and told i could return it and get full refund. I returned all items that they sent to me unopened and unused. I only got one refund of $86. When i called them they said that was all i am going to get. Theives! liers! criminals! i paid almost $400 of my hard earned money for nothing but hell, from these people. I do not have anything from them but they have both the unused, unopened product and my money. This is not fair or right. Why pay for something you do not have or can use?

I ordered what I thought was a trial sample of two beauty products, Revita Eye and Beau Derma for $4.95. I do not feel that the internet advertising made it clear that this was an automatic ship product that you had to cancel in 17 days. The product worked ok.....but of course not what they claimed.

I got one automatic shipment and thought they made a mistake, then I got another and I decided to check my bank statement.l For each small container that was the same size as the samples they charged $91.90, and 94.90.....EEK. Can you san total scam and rip off. So I was charged a total of $ 373.60 before I realized what was going on. I feel this is totally dishonest. I called the company and expected to get a full refund with return of my unused product. No....their policy is to return 15 percent.........OMG! After about 20 minutes of haggling and asking for the supervisor and the president of the company they finally agreed to 100% refund upon return of unused product. This remains to be seen.

I have never seen such a blatent rip off and scam, and I visualize someone working out of their house having the product shipped out of a foreign country.

I tried these free trial Eye treatment/anti-aging products called Beau Derma and Revita Eye 3 months ago. They came separately but with the same pamphlet and packing material. After using Revita Eye just once, the skin around my eye became red and it hurts so I called customer service immediately to cancel the automatic renewal. Here is the misleading part...When I spoke with a representative, I clearly told her that I want to cancel both product and I was told at the end of our conversation that everything is settled.

I did not bother searching or calling for a different phone number because the company sent the same pamphlet as aforementioned and I thought they came from the same store. Still, I was charged for (2) $85.95. So I called again almost a month later to reconfirm that I want to cancel everything. I got a refund for 1 product only. Their reason for not giving me full refund was because I called too late to cancel the other. I paid $85.95 for a so called Eye treatment that burned my skin. Not happy!

I got charged for something I never received or order. They took $89.95 out of my checking account on 3-17-15.All I was suppose to get was a free sample on the wing cream. And there was suppose to be no charge.Thank You

The add tells you that you can have a trial for $4.95, and that you can cancel within 14 days after you receive it, no questions asked, no more charges. However, the day I got the "sample", I called because I realized at the time I was completing the trial order, in small letter it stated that I was going to be charged $94/mo forever! So I wanted to cancel that right away. I was able to cancel it, but when I did they charged an additional $38.71 to my credit card. It's rip-off! It's a scam! Please do not fall for it. I am hoping to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I have a copy of their Terms and Conditions where it states clearly that I could have cancelled within 14 days with no additional charges.

Beau Derma and Revita Eye is a scam

I paid the free trial fee of $4.95 for shipment of Beau Derma and Revita Eye. At first , the products seemed to work as advertised, but after a couple of weeks, my face began to break out with red splotches, and my eyes became itchy and irritated. I was billed 89.95 for the first months supply, the automatically was sent another month's supply, which I did not order. After calling the number for their customer service and was told I could not get a refund, because it had been more than 30 days. Also I was told that I could not receive a refund for the unopened second month's supply. They assured me that they were cancelling my order, and no further shipments would be sent. Two days ago, I received another shipment of the skin care. I am returning it unopened, and am refusing to pay for it. This is the worst online shopping experience of my life!!!!!!!!

Ordered Beauderma for a fourteen day free trial for a cost of $2.99 shipping. Ordered it on Feb 25th, did not recive it till March 5th. Cancelled it on March 17th. Found where they charged my credit card on March 5th for $2.99 and then again on March for March 11th for #89.95. called to have the charge of $89.95 taken off my charge account. Was told the fourteen days starts on the day you ordered it and there was nothing they could do about it. How can that be when you are not using it till it arrives. No paper work was mailed with this order.

They have you buy a sample for shipping and handling charges only.....then charge your account the full 89.95 for each individual bottle that you get. Without letting you know that they are doing so. They say they give you a full 30 days to trial the product, but they do not. They charged my account in 13 days.

On 3/3/15 my husband saw this great deal & thought I could use some Revita Eye & Beau Derma night cream. (Well I guess that is what it is.) At that time our bank card was charged $5.95 & $4.95 respectively. These products arrived with no product information or paperwork of any kind.

On 3/13/15 each of them charged my card again, $85.95 & $89.95. There are no phone numbers
