Beau Derma Reviews

Revitaeye and Beau Derma

3-15-2015 - the company offering beau derma and revita eye are nothing more than scammers. I was stung just like all of the commentors below, and the sleezebag scammers are still ripping off unsuspecting people. Everyone and anyone who has been ripped off by these creeps needs to file a complaint with the federal trade commission as well as the california attorney general's office. Stand up and put these disgusting rip off artists out of business.

Beau Derma Returns

I have requested a refund three times, i cancelled my order on the automated system, i spoke to agent and she hung up on me.,,i'm not happy with the product,,

Same Game Different Name

I also got ripped off through a Facebook ad. The name of the product I ordered was Pur Derma Skin Serum and Pur Derma Eye Cream and after looking into it once I saw the charges on my credit card, it ends up being this same company. Maybe they are starting to peddle it under a different name since they are getting so many complaints under the old name. I thought I was too old and wise to be fooled. I really feel stupid! There was no "fine print" saying to cancel. It specifically said it was a free trial only, with absolutely no obligation to buy. When my tiny boxes came, there wasn't even a brochure in them. I was looking for there to be something that said I needed to cancel, but there was only a packing slip with a P.O. Box in Santa Ana listed. I called the bank and have to wait until Monday to go in to my local branch and file a fraud report and hopefully get my money back, but there is no guarantee, although I intend to fight to the bitter end. The sad thing is I know all the advice I just read here about looking into things, etc., but I kind of thought if I was being careful and was sure it didn't say anything on their ad about charging me I would be safe and they couldn't charge me. But now that they have my money and I'm having to fight to get it back, even though I know I'm in the right and they are just crooks, I'm feeling really stupid for giving them my credit card info and will be a lot wiser in the future. I hope my stupidity will keep somebody else from falling for their tricks!!!

  • Mar 10, 2015

In reading some of the rip off reports they keep taking money out of your account! This is a total scam! They must be stopped!money

I ordered a sample of a face cream off of Facebook for $3.95. Today March 9, 2015 I found out they took $89.95 out of my account without my knowledge. They never mentioned any other charge for this cream. This is a total ripoff. They must be charged and sent to prison!!!

I ordered beau derma and revitaeye at the same time. I received them a few days apart, so started using them approx 5 days after ordered. About a week and a half into this regiment it started to burn. I used it one night and the morning after I woke with chemical burns in the corners of my eyes.

I discontinued use and called to send the product back and stop the automatic delivery. They did that but took the $89 for each product out of my account. I tried to call their#and because I canceled I couldn't get thru. I called from my home#and finally got thru customer service. They inturn tried to refund me 15%...after a few choice expletives I was told they would refund 100% to my account.

Maybe the threat of my lawyer helped. Will update when $ goes into my account. Just had to express my Ill feelings towards this company. Thanx

I signed up for the BeauDerma/RevitaEye 14 day Free Trial (just pay shipping- total of $11.00 for both) on 2/09/2015. There wasn't anything stated about it being a subscription or automatic shipment program nor did it state any where either on the website or any email or paperwork I received that I would need to call before the end of the 14 days to cancel or be charged $89.95 for the BeauDerma and $85.95 for the RevitaEye or did it state that what they would send me would be a thirty day size which I would be charged full price for if I didn't cancel in 14 days. How I found out I would be charged was when I looked at my bank account less than 14 days after I received the package and discovered I had been charged both of the amounts.

I immediately called the customer service number at the bottom of the emails I got informing me the free trial had shipped which also stated that I could call customer service if I had any questions or concerns which leads one to think that they could actually talk to a person but that is not the case. When I called, it was all automated. It stated that the newest shipment had shipped out on 2/23/15 and did I want to cancel my subscription, if I did, I was to push 1 so I did, then it offered me a one-time discounted order at 50% off which I refused, then it asked if I still wanted to cancel, if so, push a number. I did, thinking that at least I wouldn't be charged for any more future shipments and I would recieve the one they supposedly shipped on 2/23/15 the same day I called to cancel.

However, it is now 3/06/2015 and I have not received that shipment so I tried to call to inquire about it, but the automated recording stated that I had already cancelled my subscription and wouldn't be receiving any future shipments, then said goodbye and hung up on me. The order number on the free trial is a different order number than the one on the withdrawl from my bank account on 2/24/2015. Had I known that it was a subscription or that I would be charged the full amount after the free trial, I would never have signed up for the "free trial". This company is using false advertising in my opinion to lure people in to buying their product, which, by the way isn't all that great. Buyer definitely beware!

Frustrated

Below is cut and paste from their terms section. I called 8 days after my order and was told that I'd have to pay to cancel because the product is not free. The cost of the offer of what I had to pay to cancel came down from $99 to $36 to $22 to $14. I do not understand why I should have to pay if I canceled within the 14 day. (Read below-Note 1 time possessing fee.) I could have sent it back at my own cost for S & H, I just chose to pay the $14. Please someone contact me if there is a way to get the $$ back. UGH!! Bea Derma

Beau Derma is a a Scam, and a Fraud. Do NOT buy in to their scam, nothing is Free, and once they get you credit card number (for shipping) they have the ability of charge any charge they want! Do Not get involved with them.

  • Feb 27, 2015

I ordered a free sample product called Beau Derma. All I had to do was pay the s/h of 4.95.

Exactly 14 days later they charged my account $89.95. When I called about the charge they said that I should have returned the product within the 14 days if I didn't want to pay full price. No where did I see that written. I was scammed.

  • Feb 24, 2015

Initially advised produce was free , just pay shipping and handling price of $4.95. Received product and noticed that they placed my order as a subscription that i did not want. I called to cancel order and was charged $38.71 for beau derma which they said was free. this company is ripping people off and should be shut down for fraud.

After watching a video featuring Dr. Oz, I clicked on a form to receive a "free" sample of Beauderma and Revita Eye for $4.95 shipping for each product. My bank card was charged $94.90 for Beauderma and $91.90 for RevitaEye, not the shipping charged. This month, February, I recieved a shipment of both for $89.95.

This is a complete scam. My banking account is out almost $200.00 for worthless products and Revita Eye broke me out. Both products came without any information regarding cost or how to cancel or return products.

My Bank will be notified not to honor any other charges from this company.

I fell for online photos and 30-day free trial (paid S&H) for 2 products they advised should be used together for best results... as 63-year old with too many wrinkles, I thought I'd give them a try. I do NOT believe there was any mention of an automatic charge/monthly delivery. They did send the product immediately (ordered 12/29, rec'd 1/2/15). Fortunately, I noticed on 1/13/15 that my credit card had a pending charge of approx $180 reflecting an automatic monthly charge for each product. I immediately disputed charge (which is still in review) AND called both companies to cancel.

They are holding to a 1/12/15 deadline to cancel... 14 days after I ordered the trial products. SO I had them for all of 10 days before I was supposedly to cancel an order I never placed (or at least had any intention of placing)! Once holiday activities had ended, I began using the 2 products (although no instruction sheet/label was included) as the online site had suggested..... A few days later, redness and irritation I first attributed to something else appeared. It became significant, welts appeared after about 5-6 days of use. I immediately stopped their use; it took about a week for the irritation to clear up.

Do NOT order, do NOT use these products!! It's sad that any 'company'/people feel the need to hurt others to make money at any cost! Where is the FDA, State/federal Att'y Generals, Better Business Bureau, or ... in these situations?

  • Feb 23, 2015

Free Beau Derma "Trial Product" (for $2.99 S&H) is NOT a FREE product, as the company advertises! - They do NOT advertise that they will charge your credit card $89.00 (or a % thereof), if you don't return the remaining "trial product" to the company within 3 weeks of cancellation!

I called to cancel my account, and thus the upcoming monthly auto-delivery (also unadvertised),

which was unnerving me, within 2 days of my purchase. This was well within the agreed upon 14 day trial period & within the 14 days in which I had to cancel.

I called Beau Derma's 888 number and a computer answered and immediately said "Push 3 to cancel." I did. Then another computer answered, and immediaty said, "Your account has been cancelled. We will charge your credit card $89.00 today, and no further product will be sent. No more transactions will occur on your account." Then it gave a confirmation number.

I was outraged! This product was supposed to be a "FREE" product for which I was to only pay $2.99, S&H, and if I cancelled within the 14 day period, then there would be nothing more charged to my account. Period! It had only been 2 days since I phoned in my purchase (to a live human, not online.) I had not even received the "free product" in the mail yet.

I called back, pushed "0" (which is NOT advertised) & talked to a Customer Service Representative for 35 minutes. She kept saying that since my account was now cancelled that I could be refunded 50%, then 65%, then 70%, (of my $89.00), via her repeated trips to talk to her Supervisor, leaving me on very long holds. I kept telling her that I wanted all -100% - of my $89.00 credited back to my account because I did NOT authorize the charge. I told her that when I pushed "3", that the computer had stated it would charge $89.00 to my account. I had NOT authorized this charge and I wanted my $89.00 credited back to my account. After she took the fourth trip to her Supervisor, and was unable to return my money to me, I asked to speak to her Supervisor.

I spoke with the Supervisor for over 30 more minutes. She kept using semantics & twisting words between "free trial" & "free product."

The bottom line, per her, was:

1) I had to return at least 50% of the "free product", that I had yet to receive, to the company, within 3 weeks, to receive a 100% credit of my $89.00 or,

2) I could pay the company $19.85 (22% of my $89.00 - or a 78% credit refund of my $89.00) for the privilege of NOT returning their "FREE" product!

I chose the latter. After over an hour of arguing with the Beau Derma Reps. on the phone, & then, the time, effort, and more money to return their darn "free product" via mail, I decided to pay the $19.85 & be done with it! - & them! Never again! I was duped and the company made off with my $19.85.

If I had to repeatedly argue for an increased percentage of my own $89.00 to be returned to me, and then I ended up paying $19.85 (78% credited back of my own $89.00), then just imagine that amount ($19.85 and up to $89.00, paid by those who don't fight) multiplied by the many other customers they trick.

Should have known that there's nothing "free" in this world, not even a "free trial product."

BUYER BEWARE! - DON'T BE TRICKED!

And be VERY careful who you give your credit card number out to, even if you call the company number yourself!

Hope I like the NOT "free" product!

This is the usual complaint abt. this co. I ordered the trial in dec. 2014. was charged 4.95 on credit card. when I saw another charge of 89.95 on dec. 12,2014 I called co and hit the cancel key.

I did not recieve any product and they refuse taking it off my credit card, statng that was for the trial?? product.

I am getting nowhere with the Visa card co. as it has taken them 60 days to look into this so is still on my card.

Would sure like to see a class action suit against thie co. don't fall for this bull--- co. mary

Their internet advertisement, featuring dr. Oz's endorsement, offers a 14-day trial of the product and you only pay shipping charge amount of $4.95 with option to cancel during the 14 day trial period and be charged nothing further. I received the product and when i called to cancel during my 14 day trial period, i was informed that i would be charged an additional amount of $38.71 to keep the product. Very deceptive.

TYPICAL SCAM

Typical scam

Before anyone ever buys something via tv, internet, etc, the BBB should always be contacted and checking on them on the internet. This company/products aren't registered with Better Business Bureau. Shame on Dr. Oz and all the stars that do this to people.

Horrible product; deceptive marketing! Do not buy!

This product caused painful, red and irritated skin. The trial period is 14 days after order which left me three days to try the product, find out who to contact (no shipping information is included in package) and when I went to cancel, they told me they had already shipped the product and charged by credit card over $190.00. Horrid, deceptive marketing and damaging product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT TALK ABOUT SCAMERS

  • Feb 15, 2015

scams

I had the same conversation when I called to cancel as most others - they offer to let me keep it for 30something, then 14, or go through the hassle and cost of returning. Of course, 14 starts to sound good after you realize that they have not sent a trial but a full size and the cost to ship will probably be about 10 (in my mind - i could be way off). I was lucky because I was canceling the day after I placed the order so I very simply told them I wouldn't be shipping it back, rather I would be calling my cc company to reverse the charge - whatever it was (because by this time I wasn't even clear what they had charged - 4.95, 14, etc) - and refuse future charges from this company. I explained this was what I would do so they could do that, and be out a jar of product, or simply not send me anything, and go ahead and charge me the $4.95 which I had agreed to. (I figure I should pay something for being stupid. This is literally the second time I've fallen for one of these - both times I go to this site right AFTER I place the order. sheesh) One thing I want to tell everybody: if your cc company refuses to work with you in a situation like this, cancel your cc. I've worked with a few different cc companies and never had a problem. They reverse the charges, and then investigate. The one time their investigation demonstrated that I really did owe the $ I completely agreed with them. It baffles me that a cc company would ever argue with a customer in good standing, or that anyone would put-up with it. Also, I've read some disparaging remarks against Dr. Oz. I'm pretty sure he really had nothing to do with this product, and never endorsed it, but rather the company created ads making it look like he has - for what its worth - that's my 2 cents. :)

  • Feb 15, 2015

I called to cancel an account within 24-48 hours and they said it was past the time due and that was a lie!! they took $89.95 out of my bank account anyway

  • Feb 14, 2015

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE COMPANIES, they should be diseminated and their people charged with interstate fraud!

Ordered free Beau Derma for $4.95 S&H, they sent me 2 samples and they charged on CC #1 on 11/22/14 $105 and $82 totaling $187 on CC#1

I called the CC and they reversed the charges and changed the # of my card, I thought that was the end of it but wait! there is more!!

I was bill paying through my bank and noticed that this other CC #2 was still high and I been trying to pay it ( remember totally diffrent card). I went back in my statements and for sure i found 8 charges 2 on 11/22/14, 2 on 12/4/14, 2 on 1/3/15, 2 on 2/2/15 totalling $561 on CC#2.

Contacted CC #2 and they change my acc # and hopefuly reverse ALL charges and also they are launching an investigation.

What I don't understand is how did they get a hold of a second card #????? Maybe Beau Derma linked CC #1 to my bank, therefore access to all my 6 CC's information??? Really I don't know but, I am going to delete my bill pay from my bank and monitor each card directly with their bank.

  • Feb 9, 2015

I first ordered the Beau Derma & Revita eye cream on a 30 day free trial bases. After just two weeks I cancelled & spoke to a real person that told me that it was already charged to my account & that it was a two week trial. I was stuck with that payment & just assumed that I could not do anything about it. I was excited about these products like everyone else but after a couple of days my skin around my eyes & mouth became irritated. Now I recieved another bottle of Beau Derma & called again & this time I was told to call another number as if I had called the wrong number to begin with which I know I didn't. I was told I'd receive a shipping cost refund & that I could keep the jar of cream at no charge. Well I decided to mail it right back to them. I no longer trust this company. I am notifying my bank immediately hoping they can help me.

  • Feb 8, 2015

I fell for an internet advertisment for Revita Eye and Beau Dermas' free trial. What a Scam!!!

My credit card was charged 89.00 for each of these worthless products. Almost 200.00. When I called to complain about the outrageous charges I was told I had had 14 days and I hadn't canceled my trial.

No where on the site do they say if you don't cancel your free trial you have to pay full price for these samples. Infact they never say how much the products cost. Key word Free!!!

I tried the creme for the Revita Eye last week when I recieved the product, the skin under my eyes turned red and started itching. Just awful. Even the trial is bogus it starts the minute they charge your card so its impossible to have a 14 day trial and cancel because of the shipping time.

They also refused a return because the 89.00 charges were now considered a membership fee. I wonder if Dr Oz knows this company is using his name to promote such an obvious money grab.

Why can't our government put regulations in place to stop this thievery. If you run into this site close it quick!!!

I hope this report stops anyone else from being tricked. I am not going to buy or try any more products on the net.

  • Feb 6, 2015

This free trial is a rip off. You will be charged for additional product if you do not send back the free trial. That makes this promo a non free trial

Beau Derma and Revita Eye

This has to be the worst gimmick of all. After I spoke to the person offering to give me 30%,then 60% refund I figured that being nice was not going to work so I told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor and that I would not get off the phone until I did and the person finally said he would give me the whole refund. I can't believe the internet would show this kind of advertisement. If there is a suit I'm in.

  • Feb 4, 2015

Biggest ripoff and my skin was totally destroyed. Bead sized rash on face and burning around eyes.

An internet pop out offered a free trail of both beau derma and revitaeye for just shipping and handling of $5.95 and $4.95. Nothing was mentioned about any other charges or renewal or anything. I googled it after experiencing the worst skin rash in my 42 years of life and found out a lot of people had gone through this scam.I called immediately just to find out I had to pay $38.71 each to "cancel" the trial i was not even committed to.

$90 out for the worst skin product that might cause permanent skin damage to my face! Had to cancel my credit card. Something needs to be done with this!

Beau Derma Returns

The same thing happned to me. Lost my words...I really want to do a class action to sue the company so that they stop doing this to women. Now I have more winkles since my skin was pealed off and the next day the skin was burnt after I tried less than a week. I was going to call the company on Monday but already Saturday the charged me through my credit cards. When I called, horrible and rude people not to pay me back...true nightmare that you don't want to go through again in your life time.

  • Jan 28, 2015

Ordered trial of Beau Derm and Revita Eye. I never agreed to recurring shipment for either. There was nothing on the website about ordering future shipments. On all transactions they emailed me an order conformation and a shipment notification on the trial orders. They sent me a cancelation notification when I called and canceled any future shipments. It's just strange to me that they keep such good paperwork on all transactions except on the order I didn't place. No email about that order, just deducted $89.95 an $85.95 from my bank acct. They deducted the money on 1-16 and as of today (jan. 27) I have not rec'd either order. I have 4 customer service phone numbers and they all go to the same computor. After I pressed '1' to cancel all future ahipments, none of the numbers will accept my calls.

  • Jan 27, 2015

Thanks to everyone who took the time to report their experiences with Beau Derma and Revita Eye Lift products. I should have read the reviews before ordering this garbage. Their advertising is very misleading. They offer a free 30 day trial, then charge for it 14 days later. Luckily, I read the reviews the day the products arrived. I called the company immediately to cancel. They did everything they could to get me to keep this junk, and told me I would have to pay for it anyway. I told them it was being returned unopened and I then alerted my credit card company. I am also writig a letter to the Attorneys General in both California where the product has to be returned, and Nevada where the product originate. They said I didn't read the terms of use which state that I will have to pay for the product. Any product that offers a free trial does not charge when the product is returned at the end of the trial. I pulled up their ad, and it repeats many times that this is a 30 day sample. It also refers to a 14 day free trial. I explained to them, the meaning of FREE, but they kept insisting I was wrong. If my credit card is charged, I will dispute the charges. Neither item has been opened and they will be returned in tomorrow's mail. I should have known, whenever ordering anything new, go to the internet first and type in the name of the product and the work "complaints." It's amazing what you can find out. In the future I will stick to products I can buy in my local drugstore or discount store.

  • Jan 25, 2015

I found out through research internet that this Company was a scam and

used Dr.Oz name falsely

  • Jan 24, 2015

These three companies are a rip-off, their add is misleading, and it states you have a 30-day free trial. You pay only a S+H charge and can cancel before trial ends and will not be charge again, but within 4 to 5 days I called to cancel because the product Revita Eye began to burn my eyes, and cause it to itch badly, the Beau Derma made my skin feel very dry, and I just didn't want to try the TLS hair, but one company had already charge my account $48.71 after me trying to cancel. The phone would not allow me to speak to a customer service agent. The other two companies said I had to return or else would be charged huge amounts of money. None of these products came in a labeled package, it was just plain with no instructions. And they did not look like what was advertised on the website. I believe these companies are working together to sell sub standard and possibly fake producst to consumers which could possibly cause danger, harm or death. You can't even read the writing to tell you whats in each of these products. Really need to be investigated fully. Please I advise no other consumer to fall for this SCAM.

  • Jan 23, 2015

I responded to an advertisement offering free samples of 2 eye creams that are endorsed by Dr. Phil. They said I would receive a 14 day trial and only had to pay $4.95 shipping and handling for each product, "No Commitments."

I received the products (just products thrown in a package, that did not look like the pictures I saw, no paperwork) and after 4 days of use, the skin around my eyes became very tight and wrinkly. These products were definitely not for me, so I packaged them up and sent them back to the company with a note proclaiming how terrible these products are.

Today, I checked my account balance and saw an $89.95 charge from "tryskinreplenish.com." I had no idea what this charge could possibly be, I never ordered anything from a company by this name, so I called the phone number that was displayed next to the withdrawal on my statement. Mind you, the return addresses for the eye creams I received had the company names "Beau Derma" and "Revita Eye."

When my call was answered I got an automated message saying, "thank you for calling customer service." There was no indication of the name of the company I was calling. After being on hold for 15 minutes, and still not being addressed by a human, I hung up and redialed. This time, I got a human after being on hold for 8 minutes.

The customer service representative asked what product I was calling about and it suddenly clicked. I said, "I think I'm calling about "Beau Derma and Revita Eye." I asked why they withdrew $89.95 from my account and after asking me some verification questions, the (barely english speaking) male said my 14 day trial had expired, therefore I was charged for the products.

I explained to him that I had just put the package in the mail for return because I was not satisfied with the products. He proceeded to say, "can I have your (I can't remember what he called it) number?" He went on to say I did not call the company and tell them I was returning the products (and receive a verification code), therefore my return is not valid. I did not see any indication that I needed a verification code to return these products on their website nor was there a package insert of any sort that could indicate this information.

I pleaded with the man and explained how I am a single mother with no money to spare and this $89.95 withdrawal from my account meant no food shopping for me and my child this week. I asked to speak to his supervisor. Here's the response I got... "I am a supervisor, so there is nobody higher than me that you can speak to, we cannot refund your money since you did not return the product properly." I said, "you must have a boss and I want to speak with them." He said, "yes, I do, but they are not taking phone calls, that is my job." I demanded to speak with someone higher up than him and he denied me, once again.

This has created a huge hardship for myself and my son. This company needs to be exposed for their lack of honesty and misleading information!!!

I regret the transaction which made a fool of me. I did not research this company util it was too late. Their ad stated "no obligstion" ony shipping charges. Then my account was charged $175.90. I called my bank to stop payment but realized it was a big mistake making the purchase. All I can do is cancel my credit card and hopefully It won't be too late. We do need an individual or individuals who will protect consumers from companies and individuals ripping off innocent people.

Absolutely a Scam and Damaging to Skin

I also have the same complaints. Beau Derma and Revita Eye are awful products. I ended up after a day and a half of use with a terrible reaction, a very swollen red rash all over and especially around my eyes with a very burning sensation. I looked like the before pictures not the after and definitely worse than before I used the product. As someone else mentioned, Dr. Oz should be ashamed. I will never watch him again. He must get quite a bit of money for his endorsements. Thanks Oprah for getting him a show. He needs to go back to his real job being a heart surgeon. Also, it's not a free trial, as when you call to return the products, you get high pressured people trying to tell you they will reduce the cost if you keep this product. I went back and forth with them and the price kept going down. I hope I will not be charged again after cancelling. Class action suit sounds good to me.

beau derma and revita eye

Boy did I get suckered in too. I had the same experiences everyone else did with their customer service people. It's amazing how they kept reducing the cost if I'd keep the free trial sizes. Obviously, they aren't free. You think you are just charged for the shipping, but that's not the case. Worst of all, after a day and a half my skin burns constantly and I hope it will go back to normal. Presently, I look like the before picture not the after picture they show. I look worse than before I used these products. Dr. Oz, as one person stated should be ashamed and I won't watch his show again. He's obviously making lots of money pushing crap. He needs to be back doing his occupation, a heart surgeon.

Revitaeye and Beau Derma

Saw the advertisement on Yahoo..want to give it a try. Ordered trials for Revitaeye and Beau Derma

This is what happened, It took 3 or 4 days for the product to arrive, before I got the products, they have already charged me 89.95 and 85.5 on both products besides the shipping fee I paid.

This is totally a spam. The company just want to get your credit card number and charge it. What a fake!

A warning to all women/people who get pulled in by these companies deceptive advertising about their products..One is called Beau Derma, the other "sister company" is called Revita Eye. They both offer Free 14 day Trials with their products,at a low cost of $5.95 and $4.95 for the Shipping only..

What they don't tell you is that you will receive a 1 month's supply of product..If you do not cancel your membership within the 14 days, you will automatically be enrolled in their monthly program and get charged $80 plus and $90 plus on your credit card and receive monthly shipments..

This IS the kicker-you agree to the 14 day trial expecting to pay the mentioned shipping fees, receive your product once, and that's the end..What you don't know is that the company sends you a 1 month's supply of the product to which you are entitled HALF(14 days worth),which makes you financially responsible for the other half,or 14 day supply..You WILL be charged for this! Even if you cancel your membership, you MUST send back the unused 14 day portion that you were NOT offered in the original agreement...Remember,their definition of TRIAL is a 14 day supply! These companies both hook you by sending the 1 month's supply,to which you think is included in the FREE 14 day trial just pay shipping fees ad on the internet...They allready have your credit card info. from the trial payment, and the next thing you know is there's a whopping $80-$90 charge or chargeS,if you agreed to try both products,as they are "sister-companies". BeauDerma and RevitaEye...

You have to call the customer service phone number to cancel your account and get an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number, write it on the return box,and then return items to the address they give you..

They are deceptive!! They use semantics to stay within their legal limits, and soo many of us have been scammed by this/these companies big, attractive ads to RUSH you your FREE trial/trials(the internet ad will suggest the other item to try for free as well depending on which one you found first-Beauderma or RevitaEye...

I called several times to cancel as a few of the customer service reps told me "the computers were down and a supervisor would call me back as soon as this issue was fixed and my account info.could then be looked up". I guess they hope you forget or get busy and agree to this. I hung up with 2 reps and just continued calling the customer service no. again and again until I reached someone to handle my account..After 2 tries, the third rep took my info.and mentioned NOTHING about a computer problem at the company???

Also, you MUST call BOTH different customer service phone numbers to cancel if you paid to try both trials!! Make sure you get 1 RMA for each item!!

They are really the same business, but they will NOT cancel both accounts for you!!

I hope something can be done about these falsely advertised products!! Go back to the websites and read the terms and conditions ALL the way to the END!!!

Didnt read the full 11 pages of the terms and conditions before opting to get the beau derma and revita eye trial. If I would have at least got to page 4, I would have seen the $80.00++++ price for each of the rip off products they were selling. On the brochure that I received the" 30 day risk-free Money-Back guarantee" actually means they will offer you 15% of the $80.00+++ that you paid for each item and they will make you send back what's left at your own cost.

Only had the products for about 6 days before I was charged the full membership price. I should probably be thankful that I didn't use it that long. The burning on my eyes had just started. They also have not been approved by the FDA as stated by them on the 6th page of their terms and conditions.

The two products are in the same suite, but you can't be helped by the same person. Was hung up on after the first contact. Had to use a different phone in order to get them to answer for the second product ( Don't put in your phone number just use 0#). They are very deceitfull in their advertisement. If you even open the product you don't get a refund. So how are you supposed to try this miracle cure for wrinkles" risk free". Sadly, they are using a made in America promo on the website. That should be reserved for honest, forthright businesses only, ones the consumer can trust.

Buyer be more than aware, don't purchase anything from these rip-off artist!
