They have told me my order will be sent out by the end of the week and that was over a month ago. This company has sent completed emails, phony tracking numbers that do no exist by ups. Email response can take anywhere for 1 week to never!!!! dont waste your hard earned money you will beautifully scammed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a waste trainer over 6 months ago and when i kept calling the phone number listed I could never get through, so I emailed company and they finally replied after 3 attempts and stated that the order would be shipped out in a week. 3 months past and still hadn't received anything. I emailed company several times and asked for a refund and she finally emailed back and stated that they would keep 25 % of my money and I would have to argue with UPS to get my money back for shipping fees for back stock. I am furious!! I still have not seen none of my money back. Absolute Worst company to order from and the worst customer service.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! FRAUD...

I placed an order At beautifully tammed website I purchased a latex excersice vest on June 19th money was deducted from my bank account. A month has passed and I have not received anything I tried contacting their company but it just says the person you are trying to contact has not set up a voice mail so I sent them an email a week ago and I have not heard from them. This companywebsite is a total scam do not order anything . There has been a lot of complaint and scams, they should have a lawsuit against them.
This website is a scam. I've ordered about two months ago and yet received any progress about my purchased. I have been patiently trying to communicate with the company's customer directory but nothing is done. Money has been succesfully taken out of my account as well. Do not trust this website, their misleading and the website is full of false advestising.
I made an order May 3rd and I still have not received any thing. They sent me an email saying that they shipped my order and after a week of not receiving anything I called USPS. They informed me that nothing was sent at all and that I should get my money back which I completely agree and this was on May 26th . They have terrible customer service and when they do respond it is done from someone's iPhone. and they delete comments about the truth of their company from people who have actually been scammed off of their Instagram.

I placed an order for a waist trainer with beautifully tamed on April 8th 2015 & was charged that day. I received the waist trainer on April 27th but sent it back for an exchange the same day. Since then I have not received the new waist trainer or ANY information regarding my order. Its been 44 days since I sent back my order. I have contacted the company 5+ times an no one will answer. I've noticed a lot of people are complaining about similar situations on the beautifully tamed instagram page but they will just say "contact customer service" I don't believe I will ever get my order but I'm going to try to get my money back by contacting my CC company. Do not be scammed by this company!!
I have placed a order with beautifully tamed for a waist trainer, due to the advertisement and videos I saw. Unaware at the time that it will turn into a disater. Normally when you order a item online and the card you use is charged it should usually ship in 7-15 days. That was not the case here. My card have been charged the amount requested almost a month ago and I have yet to recieve my trainer. I tried calling the number listed to my account, but he number was someones personal cell number. I tried to email several times, to no avail. I believe that I have been ripped off by this company and something need to be done about that. I would prefer my money back if I can ever get a hold of this fake a** company. I'm highly disappointed in this so called company. I will go as long as I have to, until I recieve my money or my item. This is plain ridiculous, and I'm highly disgusted at how there is no proper way of contacting them. Do Not Buy from these people at all WARNING!!
