I was scammed by Binary Options which has offices in New York City, but is addressed in the UK as a brokerage firm. My broker agent is a Mr. Born, and his office is in New York City, allegedly. The website goes by beeoptions.com.

I was initially scammed by a spam get rich through binary trading software, called the Auto Money App., allegedly under the name of Andrew Rosenberg. It also goes by the name of the Quick Cash System.

I am still trying to get my initial broker deposit of $250 back but I am continually being put off by the alleged Mr. Born, whose office is in New York City.

I have been trying to get the money back for several weeks, but am getting the same old response, after submitting all of the nescessary documents, to the compliance department, that "this is going to take time to get your money back," as said by Mr. Born.

The money does not sound like too much but the thievery and scale of this scam appears remarkable.

Mr. Born continues to tell me that I will get my money back, but continues to make up excuses as to why this is taking so long.

He said that their is a backlog of numerous clients asking for their deposits back.

I question the legitimacy of this company and whether I will ever get my money back.

I am tryin to warn others about this fruadulent company to save all the grief and time that I have went through.

If you are thinking of investing using Binary Options I would advise you to not do it. In my limited experience, I've been scammed by two Binary Option brokers. I deposited money with them and had a devil of a time getting it back. In the first case, I didn’t get any of it, and the second case with, BeeOptions, I got only part of it.

With BeeOptions, you have to go through a Verification Process of faxing them both sides of your credit card, driver’s license, and proof of residence like a utility bill. Once that is accepted, then you have a chance of requesting a refund.

In my case, here was their response to why I was not entitled a full refund of $500.

“As stated in our Terms & Conditions (#19), there is a $42 institutional fee involved with each withdrawal. In addition, a 10% levy, to cover processing costs as well as a third-party transaction fees, is charged on an account that has not executed more than 200.00 in turnover; your withdrawal amount reflects these charges.”

Terms and conditions must be hiding somewhere on their site, because on the deposit page I didn’t see anything about it. So in effect, they stole $109.10.

It took me over a month to get the partial refund, so beware.

I tried binary options and lost money consistently at other brokerages. But I had $1017 in Bee Options. They sent me back $880 back in July. I have been trying ever since to get the remianing $137 back. I have called, was told I had to send a copy of my credit card statement to show the shortage. I did that about a month ago, but still no money. I have emailed several times since but it seems hope;ess. I anyone knows who regulates these London brokerages, please let me know!!! I wish the person much luck who sent them several thousand dollars.

Recently deposited several thousand dollars to my new BeeOptions binary trading option account. Upon realizing that I had no business investing (playing the risky game of hedging (betting) one option vs another), I made the decison to withdraw my original investment from my account.

It has now been 2 weeks and I have still not received my funds which are supposedly to be deposited to my debit card which they have on file. It literally takes 30 seconds to deposit funds to an individual's debit card as a credit. It has now been 2 weeks and my funds are still beimg held hostage by Bee Options - despite their claim that I should be receiving my funds momentarily.

Their website claims that all requests for withdrawl of funds must be received by then no later than the start of business on Monday morning - and, that all requests will be processed and paid by Thursday of the same week.

I submitted my original request for withdrwal of funds on Sunday - I did not receive my funds by Thursday of the same week as promised - and, its now week 2 - and, I'm still waiting.

Be careful! They refuse to provide me with their physical location, or mailing address.

They may be a legitimate company - but - they are not acting responsibly and I have reason to be concerned that I may be hard pressed to secure my funds on deposit with them.
