Beezid.com Reviews

I signed up for an acount at Beezid.com . I wanted to get more information about the popular website, and created my acount.

As a part of the signup process, I was asked for my credit card information. Ok, fine, It usually is easier for me to put this on file at websites I use. I probably should have known better, but Beezid is a popular website with advertisements and commercial spots and I had a secure connection with my chrome browser.

Immediately after putting my information in, I recieved a thank you and invoice number for a purchase of $70.00. There was no confirmation screen or invoice screen before the purchase (Which I am sure breaks E-commerce laws), and it was on the same screen as my account creation fields (create a username, create a password ect.)

I have attempted to contact customer service, but cannot get through. I am having to cancel my credit cards.

So ya, they stole money, wasn't even disguised. I am looking to file a class action lawsuit right now, they are already are under investigation for their business practices and have multiple lawsuites. I'm sure that they will be closing soon.

Do not create an acount with this site.

This is regarding a promo on Beezid website that was on the lower right hand side for the code "BLACK," when I was on the website. I tried to purchase a bid, put the word black upon checkout, and it did NOT work! My issue is - don't put a promo on your website that's no longer working! It's clearly false advertising and misleading!

So I just called Beezid customer service, and talked to Carla! Carla was not understanding at all what I was trying to tell her. When I asked her who her supervisor was, she put me on hold. When she came back on, she became very rude, and hung up on me.

Also, Carla said the promo is still showing on the website, but I was on the website while talking to her, so she was clearly lying! And she refused to give me her supervisor's name! I wanted to speak with Carla's supervisor!

What kind of customer service is that? I am a very dissatisfied customer! I will contact their upper management about this!

Also, I called before, and the so-called support person on the phone was trying to upsell me to a price I was not willing to pay, when he should be advising me on how to win bids. Then he also hung up on me!

Beezid is not very ethical! They are blocking/choosing comments to put on their website blog - which is NOT right!

So, I Googled Beezid, and found a LOT of negative comments and reviews about the company, with some even calling it a ripoff or a scam!

Beezid posts promos/ads on their website that no longer work, in order to lure customers to buy bids! Beezid is doing false advertising!

I made the mistake of signing up with Beezid in a hurry and did not look at the the TOS. Actually after this whle thing I looked at the TOS and thereis nothing in there about a $70 charge. So this is what happened.

So like I said I signed up with the website when I was in a hurry, but I did not see anything in there about a $70 charge. I called the number on the website right away after I saw the charge and was told that he was not in the customer service dept and that someone would call me back shortly (lie #1). After an hour of waiting I called them back.

The first customer service person refused to grant me a refund, so I asked for a supervisor. Benji (probably not his real name) picked up the line and I explained the situation to him, but again he refused to give me a refund. I explained that I called as soon as I realized I had made the mistake and it's not like I waited days. He still refused to give me a refund. He said he was not authorized to give any refunds. (lie #2) We all know that supervisor are allowed to give refunds.

After arguing with this dude for a while he offered me a online credit which I explained that I didn't want all I wanted was my money back. I asked for his supervisor, but he said that he could send his supervisor a message right now and get a answer back in mins that wuill be the same one he's giving me.. No refund! I was also told "Now Kelli, you wouldn't want me to lose my job over $70." That is such a load of crap! (lie #3)

I was also reminded by Benji that the $70 charge is part of the TOS.I went back and looked at the TOS there is NOTHING in the TOS about a $70 charge to your account. (lie #4)

Benji then offered to add 100-200 more credits to my account. Again I agrgued with him about the refund. He still refused, so I relented and took the credits. He tried to explain the process of bidding to me, but I got frustrated and told him I was done.

I then called my bank and put in a claim for the $70 charge and closed that account. It's hard waiting for a new card to come, but it is totally worth it. They will not not be able to make any further charges to my account.

In 2011 i tried out the site. was younger really didnt have the patinces to wait on auctions. Thought I would retry it.

Well that blow up in my face when Stephaine White called and promised me 75000 bonus bids. I plainly asked can they be used as regaular bids " Yes Ma'am Yes Ma'am. After a very tough decision to buy a 200.00 bid pack for the great 75000 bids. go into a action and guess what bouns bids cant be used. so there for not only did I lose all my bids i lost the item because i was lied to... Three things in this world I cant stand is a lair and a cheap and a thief. and you have convince me you are all three..

**Best thing guys & girl, by the time you buy bids waste hours on a item, to bid on it and then what you spend on the item its not worth it... This will be one of the things I will always reget doing..

Several times I failed to receive the bonus bids following the instructions provided in a popup on the site. I emailed them both times, but neither time did they honor their advertised sale that failed to be credited.

I believe there are bidders on this site that are from within the company, because they will bid forever, as if bids cost nothing. It's nearly impossible to win on this site.

I did win a cheap $25 item I paid for, but I'm now waiting 6 weeks and it still hasn't been shipped.

Stay away from this site.

I was ripped of 69 dollars no one told me about that until it was taken out of my bank account. Then the Beezid coach called me wanting an additional 100 dollars for more bids im not made out of money and suspected it was a scan. I told them since the bid hadn't been closed that i wanted a refund. They tell me then that they don't do refunds this site needs to be shut down and money returned to people this companys ripped off.

I was at the Beezid.com website just browsing the site. They have an area on the side of the page where it says you can sign up for an account. They do not state in any way shape of form that filling out the form will result in any type of charges. They then ask for your credit card information without telling you why. One is led to believe they want it for the purposes of paying for an item that you might bid on and win. Instead they immediately charge you 70 dollars for 200 chances to bid without making you aware that they are going to do this. They do not state that entering your credit card information will result in any type charge. Anyone signing up thinks it is for purposes of being able to play for an item that you might bid on and win.

After they charge you the money there is no way to get it back. They refuse to refund your money even though you never had any intention of buying chances to bid and they never presented any information that this was what you were doing. This is a scam and I have been in touch with my credit card company. They are charging many people illegally for something they did not want and had no idea they were purchasing. The fact that they do not give you the information right there on the site is scaming the consumer and grabbing money from them when they did not want to buy bids and didn't know they were doing this because no information was provided.

I have written them three emails stating I had no intention of buying bids and they had no right to charge me 70 dollars for something I had never had any intention of doing. They do not reply. They do not give you an option of a refund on their site which makes it a scam. They are intentionally scaming people into filling out these forms and after they get your credit card information grabbing your money.

I think this company should be investigated by the FBI and either made to disclose their intentions in plain site or be forced out of business. I will not be paying the money they charged me. I do not intend to pay something I did not authorize. I have already written my credit card company and am still trying to call them. This company is the worst kind of scammer and I am sure they have taken thousands of people with these illegal tactics.

Beezid is a ripoff and scam. They are interested in selling you bids. The claims of merchandise are false. I hope no one is willing to waste their time trying to bid in their auctions. I bought $50.00 worth of bids and spent far too much time even trying to win something, anything in a Cherry Auction for beginners. Tech support called and said they could stay on telephone line and help me win an auction if I bought another $100.00 worth of bids. When I refused they no longer were willing to help. I have asked for a refund as it is a scam and I hope we can save otheres avoid this internet site.

They trick you into buying action bids that, you will never win anything then.... say you have a garantied win that. you wont win nothing but some junk item that you end up paying shipping for that cost them less than the shipping itself! BEWARE STAND CLEAR, DO NOT INTER!

Beezid.com is disguising itself as an auction site, but it actually is not. Sure, you bid on items, but in order to do that, you have to buy ""bid packs"" and you use those bids to actually help pay off the rest of the price of the item for whoever ends up winning. In addition, I was not given an option of which ""bid pack"" I purchased in order to register and therefore had to purchase the $70 (reduced to $60 for the deal they had going) pack.

I then attempted to give them a fair shake and tried an auction. I lost the auction and decided that I was not pleased with the way they do their ""auctions"". Since I did not win anything, you would think that I still had my money and could therefore get a refund and close my account, but this was not the case. So now, I am out $60 with no desire to give them more money to try to actually win something much less a desire to continue with them at all. Do not waste your time or money.
