The builder and realtor sold a total of 8 newly constructed townhomes, all with defects in ceiling, cracks in bathroom grouts resulting in leaks, and molds prevalent in homes have been tested positive all throughout.
the builder has refused to remedy anything and has changed her contact number when the issue was brought up by all the owners of the 8 units. the realtor has denied any obligation as well even though she was made aware of the issue while during the 1 year home warranty and repsonded back to the owners that the builder would take care of the problem.
all the owners of the 8 newly built units would like to submit a class action lawsuit toward the builder and the realtor.
