Bennie shenck auto first off advertised a car in the private sellers list on craigslist. Didn't inform me it was a dealer sale. I drove all the way to mansfield to look at a ford contour to buy.
he tells me there is nothing mechanically wrong with te car and if I'm not happy I can return it. I thought well that sounds pretty good! Not! I test drive the car and notice the steering is funny. I asked him to do an alignment on te car and he said no Im getting a deal as is. Being hard up for a car i buy it.
his daughter wrote the sale up for 600 dollars less than I paid forthe car to save on taxes of course... On my way home that same dy the heater vent falls off.. Then the flex pipe fell off! Making my car unbearable to drive. I called him and he agreed to fix it. Well his so called mechanics put something on it but it wasn't the flex pipe. Also he sold this car to me with no catalytic converter!!
Well my father looked at the steering for me and turns ou it need a steering box. And just under 400 miles driven on te car it's already cutting out like it needs a new fuel pump.
I called Bennie today to tell him I was not happy with te car at all. That it was unsafe to drive my daughter in. I said I want the refund you promised me. He said well I don't know about that. You should have looked better at the car when u bought it.
So Bennie shenck does bad repairs and is a poor car salesman. Can't keep promises and his so called repairs aren't properly installed. All in all stay away from this place! Complete rip offs!!
