I was in desperate need of help with credit card debt and answered an on line add from the Berges Law Group back in mid 2013. After much consideration and reluctance to sign up for their service I did. After they gathered all of my information about who and how much i owed they lead me to believe that much of their activity was illegal and that they would have no problem eliminating my debt. To date i have paid Berges $7,061.34, some up front and the rest as a monthly installment.
After 17 months now my credit report shows that all the credit card companies have closed my accounts but Berges is still taking my monthly installments. Berges originally told me that it could take up to 24 months to complete the process of eliminating my debt but in most cases it is setteled much earlier.
I am afraid to stop payment to them but am thinking i will do so. That's it in a nut shell.

I have cancelled my services and stopped the recurring payments to them so don't be afraid to do this. Am not being refunded any of the money that I paid in but at least I am not paying them monthly any longer.
