We bought a sectional at Bernie and Phyl's in westboro mass.we bought the warranty on which the salesman told us if we had pets and they ripped or stained furniture that it would be covered under the warranty, now after 6 months we have a problem with rips, stains and cushions collapsing, the sent out tech and was told none of this is covered, the salesman lied to us stating that all of this would be covered. The supervisor in Costumer relations was extremely rude. Now we just want our money back so we can go to another furniture store that will not lie. Thanks for nothing Bernie and Phyl's.
