I oredered wrinkless cream for shipping of 2.45 . I never recieced it so I called and got a RA number so if I get it I can immdeiately return it. They sent it to post of by way of fedex. Why not my house ? I never recieved it so the post office said I am responsible for not recieving the item and I have to pay for it anyway. The post office only pays for the insurance but, Ojays never took out insurance on the package I never recieved. So, I called Ojays three times and no one refunded my 2.45 either but, said I have to pay the 99.00 for keeping the cream by dec 022014 and it will come out of my debit card. I cancelled my debit card immediately by the 8th day of not recieving the cream. The post office is responsible for the delivery but, not Hackettstown post office, they are special. The Hackettstown post office said they are not repsonsible, I am. So, I am hoping they do not try to take the money from my account as I will diapute the charges if they do get through and the bank is on the lookout for all other charges to other people for this business. There are many reports about this situation happening the same way which leads me to believe the pist office is in on this ripoff scheme. I am waiting to speak with channel nine on your side about the pist office being involved if they are indeed involved in this scam.
