On 5/11/15 we received three Fridgcon FGM-49R's from Best Restaurant Supply in Mcallen, TX. All were damaged in one way or another. We asked for a couple of replacement panels for two of the three that were damaged and to repair the one that was not working at all. Over a week later, Best Restaurant sent out two service people, one of which we had to pay for the service call ourselves and were never reimbursed. Both service people agreed that the compressor needed to be replaced because the copper tubing going to the compressor had been broken off for over a week and there would be moisture inside. Best Restaurant Supply elected to only have the copper line welded back on to the compressor. The person fixing the line said that the compressor would never last. Over a month later, we are still waiting for the replacement panels and the Fridgcon that was fixed also has LED lights that do not work. I have made it clear to Best Restaurant what I would need to make this better but I have not heard back from them in over a week. So at this point I have three brand new Fridgcons, two of which look like used, beat up Fridgcons. I have communicated very thoroughly on what needs to be done. I have all emails and pictures related to these issues.

Two weeks ago I directly contacted Fridgcon and expressed my concerns. They replied saying that they would refund me the money for the service call I paid for and send me tracking numbers for the repair parts as they went out. I have emailed them twice since then and have heard nothing back.
