I spent $1400.00 on a ASUS gaming laptop at Best Buy. After 6 monthe the video card burnt out. Then in 12 months 2 weeks the power supply burnt out. I call best buy they said they can't help me, I was 2 weeks past the warranty. I called ASUS and they told me "if I bought it anyplace eles they could help me. But because of the deal they have with Best Buy they can't help me. He went as far as to say I should have bought it at Wxxxxxx. I told him I do not shop in places that don't pay a living wage. He said there are may other places I could have bought it that they could help me. So Best Buy durring negostiations makes deals with manufactures to get a cheeper price by eliminating coverage on certain eleiments of products. This is dishonest and down right theft by deception.
