Whereas in Beverly Hills, considered one of the safest cities in the world, these two buildings are however not. There are tons of nuisance and harassment going on inside the building from neighbors. Taliban look tenant verbally assault, physically threat innocent tenant because they have been complained to be too noisy. According to the victim tenant, this is the life’s most terrifying & dangerous experience ever. The violent, uncivilized tenant smashed on the victim’s door heavily for couple of times as well.
*Tenant posting insulting notes to other tenant’s door
*Tenant harassing another tenant by banging other tenant’s door like crazy for over a minute, simply because the misbehaved tenant wanted to talk to the other tenant
*One unit lived two whore*; tenants disgustfully call the apartment a “whore house”
*Two tenants moved out because of lead in the building.
*One tenant frankly and assertively commented:”IT IS a BAD building”.
