I went in to this office with my father and spoke with Etan Rosen about my case because he had a prior case involving my mother being scammed. My case involved a con artist David Aragon that stooled my mothers home and Bengal cat business after he found out that she would die soon from pancreatic cancer. Etan Rosen made it sound like he could help me and my brother get everything back to our family that was our mothers. I helped him pull a lot of evidence together for the case only to find that half way through the case he wanted a retired judge Al Dover that was a friend of his to come in and mediate the case. Eton did not want to push my case to trial and said there would be no justice for my case then discouraged me by saying how expensive it would be. Etan and his friend Al Dover basically laughed at me in front of my whole family, wondering why I wanted my mothers house, telling me it was just a piece of junk good for nothing. But I wanted my mothers things, every sentimental item that was left in that house with the con artist but the attorney and the judge could care less. The judge wrote me a Memorandum of Understanding that I was pushed into taking for the sake of everyone else. The MOU said that the con artist would pay half of what the house could be worth in a 5 year period and turn over my mothers cats, Equipment and cat business title transfer. It was written that I had a 2 week period to pick up the cats so the very next day I was ready but David Aragon would not release the cats to me it turned into a fighting match with my attorneys assistant and Davids attorney, I even had the police come to the home and they told me that a MOU would not help me, that I needed a court order in which my attorney would not help me get. Finally the last day in the 2 week period David was forced by his attorney to release the cats. So at 10pm he brought me 7 cats in 1 small cage (Animal Cruelty) It took another 2 weeks before he was forced to give up 3 more cages.
As with the pedigrees of each cat from TICA and all of the show ribbons and vaccine records and a lot of other cat supply's Plus all of my mothers furnature family pictures appliances and expensive Thomas Kinkade paintings. My mother basiclly had everything in that house that was hers and rented a room to David Aragon who smooth talked her in to giving him the house so the medical bills fighting her cancer wouldn't take her house. My Mother listened to that con artist because she was in a panic after her doctor said she had 5 monthes left to live. She listened to that Lying snake and was kicked out of her house by David Aragon a couple weeks later with her computer a black sack of clothes and 2 pillows to spend the last 2 monthes of her life with her family to take care of her, as her daughter this was the biggest heartbreak of my life to live through. My attorney Etan Rosen literally looked at me and said there is no justice in this world! he did not care about this case, after the MOU was signed he gave up on my case and just handed it over to his assistant to deal with. This is the worst Attorney I have ever dealt with especially when it comes to the care and concern of others. Avoid this place as they are big shots and are only after your money and will not help fight your case, I lost everything that was my mothers and sentimental to me and $7000.oo to this no good Attorney!
