On December 27, 2014 I placed an order with BG boards for cornhole pellets. My checking account was immediately debited and their website indicated the order would be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. The message on the phone for the company stated they were closed due to the holidays and that orders placed before the 20th of December would be received prior to Christmas Eve and orders placed after that would be shipped the next week. Per the website my order is still pending shipment as of January 13th. I have attempted to contact the company on numerous occasions, by numerous methods and numerous phone numbers without any kind of reply. I decided to do a search and came across the bad reports on this site as well as the Better Business Bureau and have come to the conclusion that I will not receive my order or my money back.
I ordered a board set and LED lights and never received either. They promptly charged my card then never sent the board. I emailed them and quickly got a reply from them saying they would investigate what happened then never heard from them again. I emailed them a second and third time and never heard back from them. I have also tried calling them and leaving messages but have never been able to reach them or get a return call. Do not order anything from them!
I ordered a board on July 28, 2014 and no board or communication after about 6 weeks baiting me into thinking they were making the board. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM nothing being sold from this outfit.
I ordered a set of their corn hole boards and never received them. I ordered them on June 15, 2014. I have placed five calls to their business line over the past two weeks and all have gone to voice mail. No return calls have been made by the company to me! I was charged via my credit card when the order was made. Do not order from them!
After recieving my cornhole boards I noticed a few things wrong and after futher inspection I noticed more, the holes on the face of the board did not line up, the finish was rough, no stable reinforcement under boards, poorly finished, when looking at there product on there web site my boards did not resemble there finished product. I also contacted the owner and he assured me he wanted to make me happy and send me new boards and I never recieved new boards after he/we decided that he would comp me new boards, I sent the owner detailed pictures of improfections of the product he sent, I will never do business with this guy again.

After charging my credit card immediately I never received product nor did they reply to emails or voice mails. Company should be removed from Google.
