BHP Rooms Acquisitions, Inc Criminal Activity

We booked rooms through BHP Rooms Acquisitions, Inc in 2014 in New Orleans at the W Hotel for a convention. Months in advance we pre-paid 100% room nights, meals, transfers for a total amount of $ 98,000.00. All was paid for. When our group was at the hotel front desk for check-in they were told that no rooms had been booked by BHP Rooms Acquisitions, Inc, nor paid nor nothing. The city was sold out due to the convention and nothing was available in the city. Meanwhile my clients were waiting left alone in the hotel lobby not knowing what to do, jetlagged, tired. BHP Rooms Acquisitions, Inc did not pick up any of our calls. Thank God the Medical Organisation along with the housing bureau helped us find rooms but we had to pay the whole amount a second time naturally. We tried to get a hold of Gabriel Azoulay alias Gabriel Gabay President of the company when we finally were told he had gone on an emergency to Iran take care of family problems. We found out later he has no connections in Iran whatsoever. Then we tried to speak with David Galiani V.P and could not speak with him either.

We found out later that Mr David Galiani had left the company in 2007 after a serious argument with Azoulay / Gabay for unpaid salaries, abuses towards employees. Someone related to the owner wxas pretending to be David Galiani but in reality was not Galiani. David Galiani lives in Europe now, has had a successful company for the past 3 years, I book events through him and always very successfully. They did the same thing with two other associates who had left the company as well. Those two have not been working there for years as well.

BHP Rooms Acquisitions as of today still has the names of those 3 ex associates on their website and would not take the names off. This is keeping and using peoples identity against the peoples will. FELONY

Azoulay / Gabay has a partner in crimes who goes also with multiple different aliases two of them are Judith Botteach, Judith Iffrah etc.... with numerous social security numbers. Both Azoulay and the Judith woman are criminals, thieves, liars, abusers, crooks. How can they still be in business ? that's unbelievable.

We sent someone to their home/office 863 Westbourne Dr West Hollywood CA 90069 but the people who went could tell they were looking out the window through curtains but did not answer. All we wanted was to find a solution to the money they owed us.

We found out they embezzled probably over a million dollars from different clients, did not pay hotels etc.... They owe the whole world money ( Monteleone Hotel New Orleans, Marriott New Orleans, Handlery Hotel SFO etc etc and my company, Amiconi in Switzerland, American Value Tours, Luis Perazzo etc etc...) They are responsible for the bankrupcy of a French Company in Paris, STEAM PLUS, followed by the cardiac arrest of its owner because of the financial situation Azoulay / Gabay put STEAM PLUS in to.

It does not stop there, they have " Good Friend " Ms Roberta from whom they embezzled over $ 500,000.00 lying to her, pretending unexisting situations and each time laughing to the bank and at their friend Roberta for her " trust " and her being a gullible.......

PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT WORK WITH THEM THEY ARE CROOKS, CRIMINALS

The Sherif of West Hollywood has files and files of serious claims against BHP Rooms Acquisitions 863 WestBourne Dr 90069 in West Hollywood. I would encourage anyone who has had a bad experience with BHP RA to file complaints against them.

We have paperwork that can prove all the above if necessary

We entered into a contract with BHP Rooms Acquisitions, Inc. to provide hotel accommodations at the Hotel Indigo during the American College of Rheumatology 2013 annual meeting in San Diego and we paid them $27,630.00 in full for this service. BHP Rooms Acquisitions, Inc. did not deliver the hotel accommodations and they did not return our payment.

BHP Rooms Acquisitions, Inc. (http://www.bhpremiere.com/) is also known as BHP Premier, Beverly Hills Premiere Tour Operator, BHP RA, Azoulay Enterprises Incorporated, Gabriel Azoulay (BHP Rooms Acquisition’s President) and David Galiani (BHP Rooms Acquisition’s Vice-president).

Three days before our client’s arrival in San Diego we received a call from Gabriel Azoulay indicating that his company had only paid a deposit to the hotel for these accommodations (even though we had already submitted payment in full to his company) and he was unable to make the final payment of $16,884.00 because the IRS had frozen his bank accounts. He asked for us to make this additional payment or the rooms would be charged to our clients upon check in. When we considered making the payment, he indicated that payment was NOT to be made to the hotel directly, but to a third-party called Sage DMC in San Diego.

We contacted the hotel and were informed that they had not reservations or payment for our clients, neither from BHP Rooms Acquisitions nor from Sage DMC. We spoke to Alberto at Sage DMC, who told us that he had the rooms through the congress housing, and that he will release the rooms to us once he received the money; we checked with the congress and they did not have rooms for Sage DMC at Hotel Indigo.

The congress housing department sent an emergency message to all their properties and fortunately got our group protected, but we had to pay in full for the rooms again.

We followed up with Hotel Indigo and sent the rooming list confirmed by BHP Rooms Acquisitions, the invoices of the payments BHP Rooms Acquisitions received and they reconfirmed that they did not have any contact from BHP Rooms Acquisitions, they did not know who they were and they had no record of our group.

After exhausting all possible venues to get a refund on our payment we had no option but to seek legal remedies against Gabriel Azoulay and his company. During the process of preparing the lawsuit we uncovered that that “BHP Rooms Acquisitions, Inc.” is not a registered corporation in the state of California or in any other state in the United States. In other words, it does not exist. We also found that Grabriel Azoulay and his related companies (Azoulay Enterprises, BHP RA, Inc.) have had federal and state tax liens and several judgments against them by Marriott International, Inc. ($84,469.00), CS & M Associates d/b/a Sheraton New Orleans Hotel ($149,318.00) and Handlery Hotels, Inc. ($134,255.00).

Their website is current but they no longer answer the telephone and have an automated voicemail asking to send requests via email. The different addresses published in relation to any of the above mentioned companies are either vacant or other belong to other businesses (e.g., restaurants.)

The likelihood of recovering our payment is low and will be very difficult. Nevertheless, we find it only fair to share our experience since BHP Rooms Acquisitions keeps an updated website and is still offering rooms for congresses through 2015.

We have all proper documentation to support the foregoing and we will be open to produce copies if requested.
