BidAllies LLC Reviews

I got ripped off by BIDALLIES. I bought 2 phones on June 21, 2015. Received both but one was effectively DOA (touch screen does not respond). Filed a return claim and got no response until I emailed a warning about posting a negative feedback. They wanted me to close the claim because having it opened prevented them from issuing an RMA or a refund. Well, suckered me into closing the claim which now eBay won't reopen because "it was voluntarily closed" EVEN THOUGH I HAD CUT-AND-PASTED the text of BIDALLIES's email into the reason box. I submitted a negative feedback and LO! and BEHOLD! a few minutes later a get an email from "Lori M" with an RMA! The problem is that I am supposed to pay to ship the DOA iPhone 5c back to them! Wait-a-minute! Did I order a DOA phone? NO, I had ordered a working phone--why should I pay return shipping when you did not send me what I ordered? Needless to say, I am out $200 and have a piece of garbage iPhone paper weight until BIDALLIES sends me a prepaid shipping label.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S3 cell phone on Ebay.com from bidallies, a seller on Ebay. STAY AWAY!!! I received the phone damaged and DOA - the screen was cracked and the cell phone had major technical issues. Bidallies failed to ship properly as the phone was sent in a box with a charger with NO packing. It bounced around in the box until it got to me.

I contacted Bidallies regarding this issue and they sent me a return authorization number. I sent the broken piece of crap back to them and they told me that they had received it. I have heard NOTHING back from them since! It has been two weeks now and I still do not have a replacement phone, refund or any communication fro Bidallies.

Bidallies works their sales through eBay (eBay.com) and they are a complete scam! I've been battleing with eBay (eBay.com) daily for over a week now regarding Bidallies not re-sending me my cell phone replacement, not repsponding to my emails and communications and ripping me off for $149.00, and eBay seems to not give a crap. I get it! eBay is making thousands of dollars a month from this one seller ( bidallies ) via seller fees, not to mention eBays other company PayPal, making an additional percentage. Bidallies offers refurbished products at low prices so it "appears" to be a great deal to the consumer.
