Hello, I'm writting this report to inform any one who plays online games from the site BIG FISH CASINO !

They are a complete ripoff site ! I played on they're website for about 3 weeks and was banned, do to unusual activity is how they put it. But the only thing I did was play poker and won only 2 million in chips. The next day my account was banned. I contacted them about this and to this day I haven't heard any thing from them as to why I was banned, I figured maybe I have to make a purchase to win big like that. So I read their terms of use and I didn't find any thing I done was wrong. I cantacted them again, and still no one replied to my emails. So I created another account and played on it, but I made a purchase first before playing with the free chips they give. I was winning small pots, but noticed that some of there games are rigged.

Games such as Slots, and Blackjack. When I played Slots I would win big but I didn't get my pay out and the screen would go dark every time I win. So I contacted them again about this, and they only gave me 900K in chips when I should have won 5million.

I continued to play and noticed I couldn't hit not one win, and before long those 900K chips was all gone ! I made another purchase and no wins, I played poker and had winning hands and was kicked from the table. So I stopped buying chips, because another player stated that if you buy chips it would be hard for you to win at any thing. I stopped playing on that account as it was bad, I couldn't get any more wins. I made another account and a friend gave me some chips from gold, and they sent me a messgae saying if I continued to get chips from a player my account would be banned. So I told my firend to save his gold because they would ban me if he sent me a gift of which they put there to be done by a friend. I'm confused on this one, because if you make an option where your friend can send you chips if they used their gold, why ban some one for that.

Once again after winning chips from my new account, I couldn't get any more wins, I started to lose like crazy! So my sister created an account, and won 500K in chips without making a purchase and her accout was also banned the next day! Her message she received was she violated their terms when the only thing she did was play poker and Blackjack. I really don't get why they have been up on the internet for so long scamming their customers and nothing has been done about it. I have saved screen shots of my winnings to show them I won big and yet they never gave me my chips I won. I still have the emails I sent to them and no replies. I also have contacted the BBB because they scamming their members big time ! The highest pot on Blackjack I won was 170 Million after that all losses, and not just on blackjack, but also on slots, and poker.

BEWARE IF YOU PLAY THERE !

We all know the hiring process is not perfect, that's why we have Fair Hiring and Labor laws to try and protect the rights of the individual. However, still personal preferences, preconceived notions, prejudice, nepotism, racism, etc. still manage to work against these laws. Worse yet, somewhere along the such unfair hiring practices will become a real problem and a problem that does have detrimental effects on the company if it continues to practice unethical hiring. One such company is Big Fish Games. Over the years, myself and over a dozen other individuals have purposely sought positions at this Big Fish for Entry Level and Intermediate positions. We're a group of College Graduates with several years of experience in the positions we've sought at Big Fish. However, over a 9 year period, not one Interview was asked of any of us. We're are a group of male and females from the Seattle area, with one thing in common,... we're Hispanic.

Each of us has applied over a dozen times, for opportunities that were perfect skillset matches and a few entry level positions. Over 9 years all we get are these same automated reply messages:

"Thank you for giving us an opportunity to consider you for a position with Big Fish. We have reviewed your background and qualifications and have found that we do not have an appropriate match for this role at this time. We appreciate your interest in Big Fish and will keep your resume on file for future opportunities with us."

There were several particular positions that requested a Spanish speaking Software Test Engineer at Entry Level. Basically this job is to make sure that dialogue and text are in the correct Spanish language format and spelling. Myself and 7 other of my Hispanic colleagues applied for this position, and not once have we been called for an Interview or a Phone screening. Instead, we get the message above. I learned later on, that a Caucasian person that finished 3 quarters of Spanish from College, obtained that position. This person had no Software Test Engineering Experience ! He was also related to the hiring Manager, according to my research on Facebook and Linkedin.

This is proof enough, that over 9 years of applying for skillset matching opportunities with Big Fish Games and not one Interview hints at a more depraved ruthlessness,... Racism.

I encourage others like us, to Boycott Big Fish Games and all thier products. Don't support Racism, do not buy any games from Big Figh Games.

Ok, so I'm new to this.

Never thought I would be filing a complaint for an online game.

I'll start by saying most of my close girlfriends (we are a large group of friends that live within a 30 mile radius that attended school together) started playing on the Big Fish Casino site in May, 2014. They would say they et, played and chatted at night. Some were playing a lot, day and night, from what they had told me.

After a month of their prodding, I gave in and registered for my "free" account on June 9, 2014. After all it's free, right?

Within an hour I had hit a jackpot in the Jade slots. My chip balance was over 30 million. This was pretty cool since the casino gives you 100k free upon signing up.

I played for a while longer and then left. Later that evening, I signed in again. Went to another slot room. It was the Paris room. Within minutes I hit over 30 million. WOW!!! I had managed to accrue over 70 million in chips!

I started fb messaging the friends who played on Big Fish Casino telling them of my winnings. The replies were now interesting. Most were congrats! WOOHOO! (etc) However, I was getting questions of if I had made a deposit. My reply was no. I was playing on the casinos free chips.

Yesterday, I signed in to my account (in the morning). I was playing when a message popped up about a tournament in the Stars and Stripes. I exited the room I was playing and joined the tournament. At the end of the hour I received a popup from the casino informing me I had placed in the tournament and they had credited my account over 1 million chips. Cool beans!!!

I continued to play in the casino in other slot rooms and noticed I couldn't win anything. Within an hour I had lost almost 30 million. (This playing in rooms with max bets of 225k)

I decided to sign off before I lost everything, and play later.

Well, later came. I attempted to sign back in and play and was given the following message. "Your account has been banned for unusual activities". This was foillowed by, for more information please contact customer support and my player id.

I emailed customer support asking them what I had done that was unusual other than hitting large wins?

Chris, with customer support responded with an email asking for my ID so that he/she could look into this.

I still have no access and haven't received any reponse.

Now, I messaged my friends on fb to fill them in on this news. I was SURPRISED to say the least at the responses from my friends. Here's a highlight of the ones that stood out to me.

1. Be glad they did it and you didn't make any deposits!!!! I paid over 6k last month and have absolutely nothing left in my account!!! I'm afraid my husband is going to leave me when he finds out.

2. A similar thing happened to me!!

And, 3. Be careful gf. Read their reviews! I registered played. won. and even won a LOT of gold bars without making a deposit! Now I have no chips and the gold bars they say you can use for chips is useless, because the casino says I have to be a higher level to use them. The only way I can get to be a higher level is to BUY real chips!!!!

So, what's going on here??

Bewildered in Texas.
