I received my new wheels and found 1 wheel to be less than desireable. The seam inside the barrel of the wheel is NOT polished like the rest of the wheels I received. You can see sanding scratches where they attemped to polish the wheel. I have emailed pictures to Ryan, the customer service representative, and received the following email response "I HAVE TALKED TO THE MANAGERS AND LOOKING AT OTHER WHEELS, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE WHEELS THAT IS HOW THEY ARE MADE, YOU COULD SEND THEM BACK AND WE WILL CLEAN THEM UP AT YOUR COST, SHIPPING FROM AND BACK TO YOU, I'M SORRY THAT IS NOT THE ANSWER YOU ARE LOOKING FOR BUT THAT IS THE EVERYONE HERE IS SAYING."
I want everyone to be aware of how this company "stands behind" their products. I am not looking for a free wheel, nor do I want to pay to have a wheel finished. I paid $1100 plus dollars on 4 wheels and 1 of them is less than stellar.
I expect a company to stand behind their products that they make and sell. I did not want a blemished wheel nor a wheel that I'm expected to finish myself. The least I will accept from them is a shipping label to send the wheel back, them to finish polishing the wheel and send it back to me.
