Billy Kent, does really horrible concrete work!!! He and his crew try to eyeball, instead of pulling a tape, most of the time. Tries to pour concrete too wet, so they don't have to pull mud. He leaves trash everywhere!!! He lies, and tries to pull shady workmanship past people. His character is something to behold. He talks a lot of crap, but not to anyones face. He will say it under his breath, just loud enough for you to question, but he has no backbone. I'm surprised, someone hasn't given him a good ole country Y4!!! Stay clear from this guy. He may be the low bid, but it's gonna end up costing everyone around him. Oh, and he has no insurance.
