Please be careful and do not rent at these apartments.i have been here for over 1 year and a half. their have been constant management changes, and the best manager they had ,-quit because the new owners slaved her. their are other tenants that knock at your door, saying that they are broke and want to borrow money all the time.
when i went on a trip, someone let the air out of 3 tires on my pick up., i have a sticker on both vehicles owned by me, since i am obligatet, because this nasty place has hired a towing company by the name of 'metro services ;' out of fort worth,-to tow cars parked on this property,that dont have stickers.
without a warning or reminder they towed my car and i didn t know the stems on the 3 tires where broken by someone deliberetly and that the tires had gone flat. the temp in the leasing office that morning was nasty and rude and treadet me like a criminal.
i had to pay 293 to get the car back and it needet tire work, and new allignment. total cost;400 dollars.
other tenants cant have something like friends staying overnite, since visitors cars are towed on a regular base.
tx rangers are on property at nite, but where wher they when someone damaged my vehicle?
they have a nasty vietnam vet living there that borrowed lots of money, and keeps hitting tenants up for more. when i stopped loaning money, he threatend me and the leasing office wont help.
at this point this is honestly the worst apartment complex to be renting...
