I ordered two VITAMIN D TEST KITS from BioNational Pharmaceuticals via the internet site on 2014-01-02 for $118.00 with VISA ( came out to $130.00 CAN when it went through VISA) and have not yet seen any. I called the 1-800 telephone number and got a recording referring to office hours and to leave message for call back. I did leave message for call back with my local phone number. And, then decided to send an email to their office contact email "[email protected]". I googled the business name to check the site and found a prior complaint regarding this same business by party that had ordered small item and not received anything. I immediately realized it was the same scam when the prior reported identified the off-shore address in the Seychelles.
This is a fraudulent company, ordered a product that they claimed was discontinued and asked if I wanted my money refunded, I responded yes. No refund recieved, this was September 2013. Several emails later, no refund, and they asked for money, which I refused, so they ignore all emails, and never recieved by refund. Please do not be conned like I was, avoid Bionational Pharmaceuticals, buy nothing from them, they have no products and take your money. That is why the products are offered at low amounts, I am out about $40.00; that's what they know, you can afford the loss while they make millions off of people worldwide; this company needs to be shut down and taken off the internet.
