I found this company on the internet and feel so completely stupid for not checking them out further before attempting to use them. I was trying to file Articles of Organization for an LLC company and decided on the spur of the moment to use their "assistance" in the matter. Minutes after giving them my debit card number for the service ordered, I started receiving phone calls from Phoenix, AZ and somewhere in California. Each time, they were trying to convince me that they had the government on the phone and could not complete my order without my husband's social security number. I explained to them that I had already given them our EIN number and they should not need his social security number. They then repeatedly called back telling me that without the social security number, they could not complete the work because the government only gave them 24 hours to complete the documents needed. When I began to question her regarding the need for the number, I was given a c**k and bull story that did not make sense at all. I have tried calling the 2 phone numbers they called me from numerous times and get a voice recording that doesn't even identify the company name. Long story short, I have lost $199.00 and learned a hard lesson.
