Again why bother with the trivial amount? I'm on disability, and every dollar counts. This person(s) takes the order, does nothing and gets rich. I'm glad I did pay through PayPal
After not receiving the order after 3 weeks, I emailed [email protected] and I got no response. I then called his posted phone no. and left a message about the order. The call was never returned. I then got suspicious and thought "damnit I'm not going to be a cyber-victim here!"
So I opened a dispute with PayPal and I got it in on time. You do have to follow up on your case, if you don't they will let it go, as they state on the site, they will assume that you worked it out between you. So I did the follow up, and the seller didn't respond. So yesterday I got a credit from PayPal! The system works!
Now I'm not entirely certain what they're going to do about this ripoff business, but I did get my money back. So if you're ripped off, help yourself and everyone else by reporting it, and put an end to the schemes. It's not a lot of money, but if he gets 100,000 orders X $3.99 that equals nearly $400,000 dollars! Just for setting up a quick Wordpress store front, a phone no. with a voicemail box, and letting the money roll in.
Well, NOT this time Rubber Bandit!
