I have been dealing with Blue Horseshoe Health Care / Bargain OTC for several years, Until recently I have only had one time with an issue of receving payment, now I cannot get a response through emails, phones call's or even the BBB. I sent them supplies as agreed and have waited an unreasonable amount of time for payment. The company responded at one time in the beginning when I was trying to get payment and said a check would be in the mail, nothing came. I filed a report with the BBB and they also tried to contact Blue Horseshoe Healthcare and were unable to get any response as well. In doing further research I see they have a list of complaints and a rating of F with the BBB. I will continue trying to collect my payment, as they has verified they did receive my supplies. If you have a choice do not deal with this company, there complaints all seem to be regarding getting your money out of them.
