I filled out a form for a estate sale company to contact me. They did quote me the lowest commission rate so I let them come over. They LIED they are not a estate sale company but they are a auction company. I don't know how they get away with this. They tried to force me to sign with them. I can't believe I had to deal with these crazy people. Save yourself time and don't jump at the lowest commission rate you hear or you'll get what you deserve. Also this is a auction company NOT estate company. Watch out and don't be confused. Beware people! If you use them I will look forward to reading your complaint. I have read online that people who used them called the police because they stole their toilets.

I later find out they use auction.zip to sell things. Then I also find out they they own a storeage unit in Tempe where they keep everything that does not sell and keep all the money doing there own auctions. Theives! The address to their storeage unit is

These people are total con artists!!!! They have a few of their people planted in the crowd.. .who bid up all the good items. . in fact bidding insanely high prices. What they then do is take these items and sell them on line for profit.. .. the planted people who supposedly win these items never are charged for them.. . they simply cook the books to look like they sold for nothing or did not sell at all. These people are total crooks who are cheating people out of their property and money. They should be arrested!!!!

I myself went to a blueleaf auction last week. They auctioneer informed everyone that a friend of his was bidding on items but it was on the up and up. WELL IT IS A TOTAL FRUAD!!! This guy.. . he bid on EVERYTHING!!! Just trying to bid people up!!! He would place an opening bid of $100.00 on a box of plastic dishes without even looking at them!!! He is either on drugs. . .working a scam with the auctioneer. . . or more likely BOTH!!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! This so called friend of theirs must have bid on 99% of the items. He bid $75.00 on a $10.00 walmart radio!!!! The worst part is. . there was a bunch of cheap dolls at this auction.. .and this jerk would not even let a little girl get one of them. It is obvious they are running a scam and probably this total jerk who bids on everything never pays them. . and they just take all the stuff he supposedly won and sell it online or at another location. These people are total crooks!!!
