I was in a bind as I needed a new roof and other work completed on my home before I could place it on the market. I filed out an appication for Lending Tree and this was one of the offices that contacted me. I was at work and distracted so shame on me I paid dearly for it. I opened a loan for $1000. I did not see the disclosure page at all until i received it in email after agreeing. Big mistake on my part, but shame on them. I have worked in a finance office at a car dealership and we would be fired for non-disclosure. Come to find out that $1000 would have cost me $3535.86 had I not paid it off early. The interest rate that I was not told or shown when I asked about it was 771.87%!!!!!!! Beware of what you are signing. I made a huge mistake, but they were very deceptive as well.

All i can say is run as fast as you can when you see the words Blue Trust Loans or Oasis Funding. the worst things I have done in my life is to borrow 1,000 dollars and it became my nightmare and sleepless nights due to the interests and fees that were so outragous when it was done, i paid them more than 2, 300 dollars for a 1,000 loan.

I took a loan from Blue Trust Loans for $650.00, Jan 2015. Was told that 181.17 would be taken out the next 4 paychecks to pay back the loan. Those payments were made. I get a e-mail stating another 181.17 is going to be taken out. I call the number ans was told no the loan is for 12 payments of 181.17, that comes to 2174.04 for a 650.00 loan. or I could pay the remain balance of 690.00 with what i have already paid. When i told them that was not what i was told by the rep. At 12 payments of 181.74 i would not have taken this loan. The supervisor then told me she would listen to the call and call me back. Isaid i want to hear the call as well. She stated no they can not do that with out a court ordered supena that can be faxed or emailed to them. I then told them when you get a supena it has to be served by a rpocess server it can not be faxed or emailed and asked were they were located. She says Wisconsin US. I asked were in wisconsin and all she could tell me was wisconsin, and she would call me back.

I called a 2nd time and spoke to another lady who said that i have spoek with a supervisor and was given the correct information about my loan. This lady said they were located in North Dakota USA, but the license was in Wisconsin, and still could not give me a city they were located in North Dakota or the city in Wisconsin.

I have e-mailed them telling them i was lied to and have wait for any type of response from them, and nothing. I did call my bank and did a stop payment to them. Im a single mom and we are struggling as it is. I have no idea what i can do next.

Wish I Would Have, Should Have...

Late July of 2015, I anticipated and knowing my forthcoming bills and knew that I wanted to make my only Child's 26th Birthday in August special. So I was referred by CashTransfersUSA (since banned from my State) to BlueTrustLoans. Feeling desperate for extra cash, by telephone was amazed how easy it was...I do not recall being quoted the 639+% interest rate or payments going to January 2016 for $400.00! So I made a follow-up call, since I've made four (4) consecutive payments and questioned with what I expected to be $49._ _ interest on the loan. NOT! By January 2016, I was expected to pay close to $1,300.00!

What in the hell did I get myself into! It's not like it was a credit line in which I would be able to borrow from the $1,300.00; oh no I would have to pay all the monies into January 2016; then apply again. Never in my entire life have I ever felt this betrayed and taken advantage of as a single Woman of 50 years of age! I am angry for myself and sympathize with all the other victims!

That's exactly what we are - VICTIMS!

lesson learned

I just went through this. I researched and honestly thought this company was the way to go; they sounded pretty good on the phone. I had no issues with the payment arrangement until I learned the ugly truth. I have no problem paying them back the original amount, but that's it. AND I am not even sure based on information a friend found for me that they have the license to do business in NJ. I made a decision to move forward based on the information they provided.

I stopped payment on the account and notified my attorney and them.

Failure to disclose what a payday loan will cost you. In addition, due to my being a target of identity theft, illness, other obligations have called almost everyday to settle my account because i cannot pay this off in the pedatory practices i found with this company!
