He shows Certs, but no one of any real significance, in fact I wonder how many are even real... His reports are scary stupid... AND he charges good money for his shabby to say the least work... If he was working for my client, I have them file a lawsuit against him for fraud, but he actually helped my client by not catching anything expensive, so HIS Client will have to foot the bills when the weaknesses become problems...

Then if your home does not pass he will offer to pay him under the table to pass inspection. Typical piece of sh*t. It does not surprise me. Talk to him on the phone sounds ghetto like he came from the hood.
Does crappy work and then has the gull to try to say he is honest. Don't do business with this guy. He will work you and not pay you. If you provide services he will not pay... His locations are in Los Angeles , Chino Hills, Sherman Oaks and other areas of Los Angeles and surrounding areas. This guy also has a record for substance abuse.. Don't give this guy your money...
