I purchased a camper. Had to have a hitch installed. I paid $1000 for hitch which required wiring for my car. Their service mechanic screwed up my car's wiring and couldn't fix it. I was instructed to go to my dealer to have it fixed. They would reimburse me. It cost me $600 I gave Dan the sales mgr the receipt. He never paid me nor returns my calls. I email and call weekly. 3 months has gone with no response and no reimbursement. I did nothing wrong. I did exactly what they told me to do. Terrible customer follow up. They ripped me off.
Boat N RV in Ridgeland, South Carloina wholesaled our credit without our authorization. We were told on the day of applying for credit that they would not wholesale our credit. Our excellent credit was wholesaled to fifteen different finalcial organizations. This caused our credit scores to drop nineteen points.
Do not trust this company!
Additionally, we purchased a new $165,000 motorcoach. We have only been able to use the coach 4-days out of 58-days because of major and minor problems with the motorcoach. The coach has 4 major problems and 5 minor problems. Boat N RV even returned the motorcoach to use saying that all problems had been corrected. In fact, only one minor issue of the nine total was corrected. I would not accept the motorcoach without all problems corrected. As of todays date, 6/23/2014 Boat N RV still has the coach attempting to correct the problems.
Once again...........................do not trust this company!
