This company and this guy Thomas Pick is an absolute jerk and utterly unprofessional. I was deceived by him when he came asking for my business. I got the house rent ready with everything done, Paint, Carpet change, and all the repairs according to renter's code. but when the lease was up and tenant had left he literally abandoned my property. He didn't even had the professional courtesy to get the place cleaned up, First he got me the worst tenants you can imagine. I had HOA calling me and telling that they do not want me to renew the lease with the tenant. and when they left, they left my house in utter trash. Since Thomas was my property manager, I asked him to intervene and help and get my property back in shape to when we rented it, he simply refused and disappeared, did not answer calls, than finally sends me a bill for trips to the property for which he claims he made to check on the property. He also referred us to a realtor which turned out to be his wife that he did not disclose. I found that out by googling around. She did not do anything in terms of showing and for the 3 weeks we had her, not a single feedback, when finally got her on the phone, she claimed she never received our emails.. I went ahead and got another realtor to look at the property and she almost threw up as she walked in. The property was infested with pests and rodents, broken blinds, Carpet was beyond recognition. She took photos and sent them to me which I forward and his reply was he is no longer under contract and I am a fool to contact him ever again. He used foul language that if you were ever face to face, you’d punch the guy on this face. I HIGHLY recommend, STAY AWAY from him. He is completely unprofessional and has no regards or care for your property. He is so trashed mouth/or brain that he doesn’t even care for your respect. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY.
