I purchase an expensive designer handbag in April of 2015. It was being sold as authentic. I received a fake and contacted the seller to return it. The seller ignored my requests to return. Bonanza Customer Service gave me the run around and told me to work it out with the seller. I needed to contact Paypal to get any resolution. This isn't the first time I've had bad experience with this company. I have learned my lesson and will not deal with them again.

I am absolutely apalled by this conjurer. She offers conjured spirits and spells via bonanza that are extremely expensive. I was very interested in trying her out as she has a high feedback rating from apparently clueless clientelle. She conjured the entity and didnt even get the name right, she told me she would not give me any information unless i paid an extra 20.00. Then she began giving information that was contradictive and made no sense- she did not even sound like she knew what she was talking about. The item was not even sent out yet and I asked for a refund which she refused. She said that she would not send the vessel and would not refund- that she was just going to take the money. I am so angry I cant even see straight. Hard earned money down the toilet- what a scam do NOT fall for it.

I was looking for a pet bed to replace one that was warn out. I googled it and a picture with web link took me to Bonanza.com. It was listed for $43.31 with FREE SHIPPING. My error was in not looking further. Imagine my surprise whent the pet bed arrived from Walmart. It was ordered by a woman in Fitchburg, MA and shipped to me FROM WALMART. The invoice indicated that is was $29.97 and $4.97 shipping for a total of $37.04. So I paid Patricia in Massachusettes $6.27 to order something for me from WALMART. Remember, I was ordering this online so I could have ordered from WALMART myself! I can't blame Patricia, though. She was crafty in getting paid to do what I was already doing. Beware of Bonanza. Crafty little rip off artists are getting paid for nothing. Fool me once, shame on you; Fool me twice, shame on me. Never again. I hope Patricia in Fitchburg, MA is happy with my money. She deserves it for making a fool of me.
