Bought a family member a mobile home @ Bonanza Mobile Home Park. They were nice in the beginning and have been there less than a month. Manager & Owner go around patrolling the park just looking for things to bother the seniors there. They are afraid of the Manager & Owner. I've heard them speak very poorly to one of the tenants there. Where do they get off speaking to them like they were a dog. They harrass the women there who are alone. They find nothing better to do then bother the folks. I have to no problem standing up to these jerks.
They are very evil and mean to the people there. I know this because I have seen it and they come to me when I drive up to my family member's mobile home. I should of done my homework and inquired before we moved here.
They are a*******. They love telling people what to do. If you drove in the park you don't see anyone outside. This is not how we live. We love to be outside. You can't do anything to your property. They are right there telling you that you can't do this or that. Plus since it is a 55 and over, they have people there including the manager with kids under 55.
Practice what you preach!!! What is good for one should be good for all. I have proof with 2 residents there that tell me they come to their trailers and tell them that they have to do this and that and just find crap to harrass these people.
Plus one of them told me "if I want to go to court, that he would win"? What a retard. Better be careful.

Not a good park. Plus they don't take care of the grounds. Manager should retire. He can barely walk. Every mobile home there has leaves, pine needles on their roof. Do they clean that no. If you start your power blower you are told that they do the blowing. Hell, i have not seen either one do anything but patrol and patrol.
So, don't buy at Bonanza Mobile Home Park. They are Jerks!!!!
